by Laurie Halse AndersonThis amazing book was suspenseful and taught you about history in 1793. You really got to know the characters as the main one, Maddie, struggles to survive during the Yellow Fever Epidemic.
She tries to get to the country, but encnounters many things such as injuries, robbers, a case of heartbreak, and much more. Finally she makes it home, the first frost taking the fever away. Her mom had The Fever. Is she still alive?

Omg I actually loooooved this book.....trying to find others by L.H. Anderson....great read!
