A Tyto alba, or barn owl, named Soren goes through a suspensful adventure with Gylfie, a Micrathene whitneyi, or elf owl, when she is snatched and brought to the St. Aggie's Academy for Orphaned Owls, where you're not allowed to ask any questions and everything is weird. It's a great book that seamlessly teaches you about owls too. If you like adventure, owls or Kathryn Lasky you should read this book.
