I Am Malala

by Malala Yousafzai

I Am Malala is a autobiography about Malala Yousafzai, a advocate for education rights. When she was ten years old, a terroist group called the Taliban came to her hometown of Mingora, Pakistan. They bombed the city, destroyed schools, and threatend to make girls going to school illegal. A year later, Malala started speaking out. 4 years after that, the Taliban tracked her down and SHOT HER point blank in the face. She survived. For speaking out, she won the Nobel Peace Prize when she was 17, the youngest person ever! This is a must read!!!
