Mossflower

by Brian Jacques

I think this is one of my very favorite books in the whole world. It is the prequel to Redwall. Martin the Warrior arrives in Mossflower woods to find that the animals are being enslaved by Verdauga, the lord of a thousand eyes. This problem only worsens when Verdauga is murdered and his evil daughter Tsarmina takes the throne. A must-read!

This series gets boring after a while. It has to much fighting+ curse words. It's OK though.

I absolutely LOOOOOVE this series. Amy, there are hardly any curse words at all. It's part of what makes the book good—that, and people dying. It makes it more like real life. I like all the books I've read so far in this series. They're all so good! So far my favorites are The Legend of Luke and Mattimeo.

Ok, these books were just like the same thing over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over,  (ugh i can't get the italics off!!!) whew! ok, you get the point.  yeah at first, they're good, after two or three more books, it's like you can already predict what will happen in the next books (fighting, dying, crying, laughing, swearing, killing, driven into insanity, yat-a-yat-a-yata!)
