Dewey: The Small-Town Library Cat Who Touched the World

by Vicki Myron

Dewey is a true story that started way back on a cold winter day in Spencer, Iowa, when Vicki Myron, a woman who worked at the library, finds a freezing kitten in the book-drop box. She takes him in and cleans him. Dewey lives in the library for almost 20 years. During his stay, people from all over the world came to see him and were touched by his story. Whether you are a cat lover or not, this book is a purring-good read.
