by Shannon Hale

This book is based on the Grimm's tale The Goose Girl. The book is about a princess named Anidori (Ani) in a land where some humans have special gifts. Ani's aunt has the gift of talking to animals. She teaches Ani how to talk to animals. The Goose Girl is a well written masterpiece.

Oh my! I loved loved loved this book!!! Enna Burning was my favorite, but I connected most with Forest Born. My favorite characters are Razo and Enna. I think it's so cool how each book is about one of the four elements from the Medieval Times and how a character learns how to speak that language. Too cool.

Peaceing out for now,
