Chatterbox: Blab About Books

The Ultimate CB Book Log
Have you read...

Have you read a book recently?

Enter its name here. This is the 2017 Ultimate CB Book Log. Well, technically starting in 2016, but who cares?

This is a place for us to keep a huge, giant log of books, both for ourselves, and also so other CBers can see what we're reading. Everytime you finish a book--whether you've read it or not--put its name and author here. You don't have to talk about it or anything...you just type in its title. We can discuss books here if you want, but it's not required.

Have fun!

I think this is a great idea, Owlgirl!

I love the Wings of Fire series, too.  I haven't started the fifth book yet so no spoilers!    Have you read the Secret Zoo series? If you like mystery and adventure than this is the series for you.  It is written by Bryan Chick.  Another series that I am still finishing is Gone-Away Lake written by Elizabeth Enright.  It has two books in the series.  Another series I have started recently is about two boys in WW2, one is a Jew.  The first book is called A Way Through The Sea.  It is written by Robert Elmer.  If you're thinking that I must get lost with so many book series that I am reading, but I don't.  It has been a habit of mine since I started reading chapter books.

I love the Girl who Drank the Moon! The audiobook is amazing! If you haven’t listened to it, you should. My favorite minor character is Glurk or Antain.

I LOVE Wings of Fire! It's one of my favorite series ever. My only annoyance is that I always have to wait for the next book to come out.

I just finished the 100 Cupboards trilogy, by N. D. Wilson. It's also one of my favorites.

(ok, most books are my favorites, but yeah, WoF and 100 Cupboards are both pretty awesome)

I love that Darkstalker Legends, it was probably my favorite book in the series. It was soooo sad though! Did you catch the hint she dropped? The one where Darkstalker literally says, talking about his foresight and spending time using it to develop it, "But who had that kind of time, or focus. I'd have to be trapped underground for months with nothing else to do"

I have not read Darkstalker legends. But I LOVE Wings of Fire. One thing that annoys me is all the romance, though, there's just too much.
