Tribute to Rick Riordan
So ever since...
So ever since I've heard that there'll be no more main series in the Percy Jackson universe I've wanted to make some sort of Tribute post. BTW sorry I still call it the Percy Jackson Universe but he did start it all:). So yeah I love these books so much and I know everything about them. *Tears up* Annabeth is like my big sister, Percy my big brother, Piper and Hazel are my best friends, Jason is well dead and he wasn''t my fave but I still thought highly of him, Leo always cracked me up, Meg is a version of me, apollo is just so vain its funny and I could always count on Nico Di Angelo to understand and be trustworthy which surprises people. *Tears up again* But hey at least we can read them whenever we want!! I have never had a crush on any of them but I think very highly of these characters. Please post anything postive!

YES!!!
I first picked up the first Percy Jackson book when I was in 1st or 2nd grade and I've been obsessed ever since. Annabeth is awesome, Reyna is a literal queen, Hazel is understated yet powerful, Piper is underestimated and never ceases to amaze, Frank is shy but one of the bravest, Nico hides a dark past but still manages to laugh, Meg is amazing, Leo is hilarious, Percy has gone through so much but still finds happiness, and Jason made a sacrifice to save them all.
Along with these characters, Alex Fierro from Magnus Chase really stands out to me because he/she is really a role model to just be yourself and not care what other people think. I'm so sad that he won't be writing another series, but he has to retire eventually, I guess.
This author literally changed my life, so a special thank you to Rick Riordan. Shoutout to all of those Riordan fans out there *throws confetti* and happy reading!

I totally agree! Nico has had a tough life and hes only like 13 so I personally think he's one of the bravest characters! I'm so glad to find another unheathily obssessed Rick Riordan fan!!! *Throws confetti back art you!* This author really got me to love myths and well I've never really loved Harry Potter! My friends think I'm kinda weird for being so obsessed but you seem like you get how it feels to just love these books so much! (Oh and I also love Magnus Chase I forgot to include that). Shoutout to you Silver Crystal!!

Yes! I just finished the Trials of Apollo seiries (Don't worry, I won't spoil anything) and only after I realized I had read all the Percy Jackson books there were to read, I realized just how much I had fallen in love with them. I love all the characters, but I especially love Reyna, Meg, and Thalia Grace. They are all so powerful (not in an epic-swordswomen kind of way, in an I-can-do-anything, stand-back-and-watch-me-rise kind of way). I also think that the sacrifices of - POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE TYRANT'S TOMB AND THE TOWER OF NERO -Jason Grace, Dakota, and Frank Zhang are so heart-rendingly sad yet glorious and beautiful. Also, the sacrifices and strength of Nico DeAngelo are incredible. After his heart-breaking past, he has found a happy ending with Will Solace. Basically, these books are amazing.
Also, I applaud Rick Riordan because over the course of the 15 books in the Percy Jackson universe, his writing has improved. Granted, it was great to begin with, but, and this topic may be a bit contreversial, the first 5 books honestly weren't as good as the last ones. They were all great, but the fact that he has shown us that everyone gets better, it just takes time, is amazing.
