The Missing Piece of Charlie O'Riely is a fantastical mystery that I have been trying to get someone, anyone, to read so I can talk about how great it is with them. Highly recommend.

Agreed. I read it a while back and it stuck with me for years. Eventually I reread it about a year ago, and it was just as good the second time around.

Hello, welcome to the CB! I have quite a few recommendations--

The Endling series by Katherine Applegate is a trilogy with lots of original fantasy creatures, a refreshing change from the familiar but slightly tired cast of humans, elves, dwarves, and dragons.

The Varjak Paw duology by S.F. Said is an anthropomorphic cat fantasy, similar to Warriors. It has some beautiful black-and-white illustrations, and a great villain.

The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater is magical realism inspired by the kelpie myth of the British Isles. The characters and setting are especially well-written.

Song of Albion trilogy by Stephen R. Lawhead is a very long/dense (think LOTR, if you've read it) portal fantasy, inspired by Celtic mythology.

Gallant by V.E. Schwab is magical realism with a slight horror bent, set sometime in the early 20th century, very well written.

Wee Free Men by Terry Pratchett is somewhat Celtic-inspired and very funny. The rest of the Tiffany Aching series isn't as good, in my opinion, but Pratchett has like twenty other books set in the same universe (Discworld), if you like his style.

If you haven't read it, I fully recommend Wings of Fire! (I'm assuming you've read it because you seem to like Warriors)

Some of my favorites (not in order!):

- Ranger's Apprentice (series) by John Flanagan. If you like him, he's written other books that are also very good. Fantasy, about rangers kind of like Strider from Lord of the Rings

- Septimus Heap (series) by Angie Sage. Also more books by her that are good. Fantasy, Magyk (that's not a typo).

- Anything by James Ponti (I don't mean a book called anything, I mean any book by him). He writes really good mystery with main characters around our age.

- the Mistmantle Chronicles (series) by M.I. McAllister. A world of critters, think squirrels, rats, crows, etc. Fantasy, adventure.

- Fablehaven (series) by Brandon Mull. About mythical creatures. Fantasy, adventure.

- the Bartimaus Trilogy by Jonathon Stroud. Also Lockwood and Co (series). The first one is magic and demons, the second one is ghosts and mystery.

- The Goose Girl by Shannon Hale. There's others in the series, book 1 (goose girl) and 2 are best. Fantasy.

- The Magic Theaf by Sarah Prineas. About magic (shocking, I know) and theviery (wait whaaaat).

- Ascendance (series) by Jennifer Neilson. Fantasy, treason, kingdoms battling eachother. GIANT PLOT TWIST!

I am politely refraining myself from swamping you with an endless list of books. I only included *counts* seven huge series? Go me!
