Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

MAKE THE CB GREAT AGAIN!!!!!!! 

I know that's trumps motto and believe me  I do not like trump, but I'm using it anyway.  

So many people are leaving the CB and like leafpool and daisy said it feels like we're being left behind.  Mei-xue did a very brave thing, but she did it because she wanted to spend her time exploring her future, turning over a new leaf and reaching new limits.  

That's way different then leaving because the CB feels slow and empty, it'll feel even emptier if more people leave just because they feel they're aren't needed.  

YOU ARE NEEDED!!!! YOU ARE IMPORTANT!!!!!  EVERY POST, COMMENT, AND WORD IS A FOOTSTEP TOWARD A LIVELIER AND MORE ACTIVE CB!!!!! 

Now however we must take great leaps to renew the CB, maybe even making it better then it was before.  (Is that possible?). YES!!!! 

So we'll start with inkwell then move up to chirp at cricket.  

First of all we must define the problem, I can only think of one at the moment  so let's start with that.

RPs/threads are dying before they even get off the ground.  Newer threads are taking the place of older ones before they have time to start.  

I'm not saying its bad, it just means people are having ideas.  And good ones too.

But then the older ones get pushed back and then slowly forgotten.  

Pretty soon however the younger one suffer the some fate.  And then it happens again, and again, and again till its no use starting something when you know its gonna die anyways.  

So that's one problem, we need solutions and fast.  

Here's mine.   

Let's start with making threads.

Try to only make a thread if you KNOW you can keep to it.

Think over your idea and brainstorm wether people would actually join it.

A harry potter world.  Probably.  

A fairy unicorn princess world. Not likely.  

Just examples, why you would make a fairy princess unicorn world though escapes me.   

PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEASE PLACE A LIMIT ON HOW MANY THREADS YOU CREATE!!!! If you can give each thread the same amount of love time and quality good for or you!!!!

Second of all: joining threads.  

Part of the reason threads die so quickly is because people join them without realizing the responsibility that comes along with that.  

Only join a thread (again) if you know you can keep with it.

Don't post one piece and then never return.   *coughcoughcoughlikemecoughcoughcough*

If you are leaving on vacation or something NOTIFY your joined threads so they know where you've gone.   Don't just leave silently and expect them to pick up the pieces.  

Post on each thread at LEAST once a week.  It doesn't have to be 500 words long, 20 is fine. 

I leaped out the window, rounding a bend before my pursuers knew what hit them.  

After running the length of Corzlies covered bridge I immediately caught sight of Lucky's flank, his string of sausages flailing behind him like a streamer. 

That is fine depending on whose rp you're on.  

Guys help me with this,we can only make the CB better if we work together.
