Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

I'm so angry.

I'm very frustrated, and it's kind of a long story, so here goes.

At my school, we have this thing called a Variety Show. It's at the end of every year. When I was in sixth grade, I tried out for piano and acting. One of the judges there said a couple days later, Mrs. W said, "I'm sorry, but I couldn't cast you in this year's Variety Show. I really hope that you try out next year, because I'm sure you will make it then."

So, fast forward to this year, 7th grade. I try out for Acting with my friend, UNSUSPCTINGSTRYTLLR. And ya know what? That is exactly why I am SO ANGRY. We prepared for a whole MONTH for it, and We performed it in front of all my teachers, and they thought it was literally the best thing they had ever seen. They thought it was hilarious, which was what we were aiming for.

Autumn Artist, I'm so sorry. People who audition don't always get the part. That's a fact of life. Your hours of preparation and practice were not wasted at all. They improved your acting skills.
