Alizarine has brought it to my and others' attention that the anniversary of the CB's creation is coming up! As of June 18th, 2018, the Chatterbox will be ten years old. Now, what shall we do to celebrate?
Previous suggestions included:
-Drinking a toast
-Make a celebration thread
-Hold a contest
-Throw confetti and tell jokes
-Tell stories
-Make an interactive webcomic

I love all these ideas! We should do all of them! And anybody who wants to contribute to the celebration with their own idea(s) should definitely do so!
I think I'm going to make a video for the CB's tenth anniversary. I had the idea for this video a while back but I think making it now would be perfect timing. It'll celebrate all that the CB represents--music, art, creativity, etc. I'm still in the planning stage though. If any of you want to collaborate with me, PM me on YWP!!

I was thinking that we could make a celebration thread on every board that relates to the board! Like, we'll have a celebratory AE chat thread on DtE, and a Chatterbox themed art thread on PP, etc.
I also LOVE the toast idea. I (or someone else) could post it with the same times from the different time zones. Like:
Pacific: [3:00 pm]
Mountain: [4:00 pm]
Central: [5:00 pm]
Eastern: [6:00 pm]
I don't know what time zone Rosebud lives in, but you could probably figure out the proper timing. Hopefully it's not in the middle of the night :)
Any other ideas are cool. The more, the merrier!

Ooh! Here's an idea! We could have like an "In Memorium" thread to celebrate all the past CBers that have left. I know lots of you guys have been on for a while, so while we might not get everyone, we could get a lot.

So, on the Camp NaNo CBer Cabin, we talked briefly about making a Cricket Con. It would be basically a RP, similar to a ComiCon. All of us would attend and 'meet' each other (in a RP, not IRL, cause, you know, stranger danger). Could we do that for the 10th anniversary?

If I'm not mistaken, they've been done on the CB before and definitely on Kyngdom. If I'm also not mistaken, it's not exactly live, but where the Admins are all (?) on and posting as fast as they can to make it as 'live' as possible. Admins, do you think a live chat would be possible on June 18th to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the CB?

Yes, we could do a live chat on here for a couple hours on June 18th. Noon CST (central time zone) or later would work for us.
