Fun fact: I used to have a succulent but then it literally died beacause I forgot to water it, no seriously. Im not kidding. And now I have a sugar snap pea plant, a mint plant, a rosemary plant, and of course a little cherry tomato!

For a while my family has been trying to plant a garden in our front yard, but things never seemed to work out- we forgot to water it, the deer ate them, etc. This year we just tossed a bunch of wildflower seeds in the ground and now we are always being complimentedon our lovely flowers, even though we did practically nothing. Heh.

Anyhoo, random thoughts - we're renting, and there are these hideous bars that cast a shadow in the living room (where I'm sitting) and remind me of a prison.
My family's been watching Gilmore Girls since the pandemic started and we're on the final season and OMG it's so good and the character development and continuity - (I'm gushing again, sorry)
I had a dream last night that for my Anatomy class we had to write a 30,000 word essay. Our poor teacher (who also teaches Spanish) was really poorly prepared to teach the class...

Uh, random thoughts. I'm starting school in a couple days, which should be fun. But I don't know, summer is also fun, so yeah. I think when I'm in school I can't wait for summer and when I'm in summer I can't wait for school. Yeah.
Anyway, I have no one else to guess!

As for random thoughts, I'm on the CB right now (obviously), procrastinating working on an assignment for my online non-school-associated-but-conflicting-with-homework writing class, and trying to focus despite my dad watching Phineas and Ferb in the other room. I never really got into cartoons, so I always find them a bit annoying.

My brain is pretty blank today. I'm just sooo excited to go to the beach this weekend! It's gonna be nice and cool... ahhhh

to be honest, I don't really eat either.
Darn, now that I think about it, I should have entered this SI as cactus. I have a cactus by my kitchen window named Serendipity :)
There is a gnat flying around in my room and it is quite annoying.

And now, here are today's random thoughts - I'm reading A Long Way Home for a book club, and it's a good book, but the chapters are looooooooooong - my dad is home for a little while waiting for another job to pop up, that's always nice - we're getting a dog and thinking of naming it Dolly Parton.

Also, last night when I was closing my blinds, I knocked one of my succulents off my windowsill and got dirt all over the floor... :(
Then I went to close the blinds on the other window and the blinds literally just FELL OFF! I have no idea why. So it was not a great blind-closing experience. (tries to think of a pun about blinds but fails) Well, bye.

Ah, random thoughts... I have four different gardens in my backyard! I got really into gardening at the beginning of quarantine, so I have two vegetable gardens, a raised herb garden, and a small flower garden! The only flowers that actually bloomed were my marigolds.
