I think that a lot of people ship Percabeth because instead of being really forced like some relationships, it was based off years of friendship. It didn't happen fast, they weren't in love until the fifth book, so their trust in one another had a lot of time to evolve. If you saw in the Last Olympian, Annabeth was willing to die for him when she took the knife for him. I'm also not sure if you've read the Heroes of Olympus, but their relationship only evolves from there. At the end of the Mark of Athena... well, I'm not giving spoilers but Percabeth is given a lot more depth, and even after that in the Trials of Apollo. Also, with Perachel, it was kind of a simple situation: she liked him and he didn't like her back. Rachel is over it long before she becomes a starring character in the Trials of Apollo, in which she doesn't really need anyone but herself, which is much better for her character, I think. Anyway, I didn't mean to hate on your opinion; I tried to answer your question as best as I could.

I've read all of the series books, including The Tower of Nero.
I honestly hated Percabeth in The House of Hades. They were suddenly so cheesy and just blech in my opinion. That could be one reason, and I feel like, sure, it's based off of freindship -- but -- I have many other problems with it. (And feel lke that's still A LOT of shippers, plus it wasn't exactly slowly developing ater PJO)
For the Parachel thing -- yeah, I don't thnk they should nessecarily be a ship but I thnk it would be waaay better. Actually, Percy did kinda like her back but Annabath is SUPER possesive, like, she and Percy weren't datng but she got mad at Percy for hanging out with Rachel -- like, what? Percy can have his own feelngs.
I guess some people just find some ships cute while others don't. *shrugs* please don't give me hate.

Exactly! Whenever someone doesn't like Percabeth suddenly they're evil. I don't understand why people are so obsessed with that ship.

I just need my game to work...
Apparently, I have this game called LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, and since it has SOOOO many saves on MANY dfferent profiles on my Xbox 360, it's laggin', so my dad's gonna try to delete some of the saves that are NOT on his profile, 'cause his profile has SO. MANY. CHARACTERS!!! That's the one that I used.
I just need to play that game, RIGHT THIS SECOND!!!!!!!!!
I just realized on that last sentence, the "RIGHT" ended with "T", and "THIS" started with a "T", and ended with "S", and... you kinda get the picture.
