Hello! I'm Periwinkle, and I joined yesterday! I love reading and writing, especially fiction. I'm also learning to skateboard. I'm excited to learn how to navigate the CB. I like Harry Potter too and have read the entire series! That's about it for now! 

Hi Pangolin! I'm Peppermint (aka Pepper), and I joined November 25, 2020. I love to write, and I'm currently working on a short story for MWW (monthly writing week) and a novel. I also love reading! I dance ballet and modern, and my favorite part of class is pointe work. Someday, I hope to become an author. It's nice to meet all of you!

I wanted to get to know everyone better, so I created this survey! I also included my answers!

1. What is your CBer name and why did you choose that as your name (I know some people already  explained but I'm curious about those who didn't!)?

My name is pangolin because they are my favorite animal. I'm also hoping to raise awareness about their amazing (yet critically endangered) species.

2. Do you have any AEs or CAPTCHAs? If so, who are they?

My AEs are Barnacle, the prankster human (male), and Koi, the moody cat (female). Barnacle talks in bold and Koi speaks in italics.  My CAPTCHA is a hamster named Knight (female), because her  first word (well her first word that was acceptaple as a name) was actually "knight" and she speaks <like this> or more acurately, <lllikk eee thhiisss>

3. Three things you like? 

A cozy fire, the smell of rain, and drawing/lettering

4. Three things you dislike/avoid?

Spiders/anything with lots of legs (excluding octopuses! Octopi?), when my computer is laggy, and finishing a good book (especially if that book is the last one in the series *Glances at Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows*)

5. What is your favorite (so far!) thing to do on the Chatterbox? 

I think my favorite thing to do is just to meet all the new people! There's so many different CBers and so many different personalities, yet I feel that we can all find something in common (Cricket mag, for one)

6. What is one thing on the CB that looks fun, but that you have not tried yet? 

I'm going to say Ski Lodges for this one. They look super exciting, but I don't see any spots avaliable and don't really think I can host my own :P

7.  What is the weirdest thing about you? 

How I am so socially awkward and don't like to be around people, but when I am not around people I get super depressed. I am an oxymoron!

8. What non-screen related activity do you turn to when you are bored?

Probably drawing/lettering or being outside (even though I live in the city and there really isn't much nature)

1. What is your CBer name and why did you choose that as your name (I know some people already  explained but I'm curious about those who didn't!)

My name is Wreeboo because... well... I just kinda typed random letters until it looked good. Wooooooow. So inspiring. 

2. Do you have any AEs or CAPTCHAs? If so, who are they?

My first AE is Rory. She is a snarky coding prodigy who speaks in bold italics. Then, there's Kaikki, who also goes by Kiki or Kee, who is an anxious, artsy extrovert who speaks in italics.

3. Three things you like? 

The feel of my dog's thick, warm fur, the smell of beef stew, and the feel of wind in my hair.

4. Three things you dislike/avoid?

Spiders/any kind of bug (mostly), intense heat/humidity (UNFORTUNATELY, I live in Minnesota, so I can't avoid that much), and wet, tight clothes.

5. What is your favorite (so far!) thing to do on the Chatterbox? 

I love that so many people like doing the same things I do! In real life, I usually can't find many like-minded people, but it's so easy on here!

6. What is one thing on the CB that looks fun, but that you have not tried yet? 

I dunno. I haven't really seen anything that i haven't participated in yet....

7.  What is the weirdest thing about you? 

I am the oldest of four siblings! I like all kids and most kids like me. I am the ULTIMATE BABYSITTER

8. What non-screen related activity do you turn to when you are bored?

Reading, drawing, or, occasionally, writing. 

1. What is your CBer name and why did you choose that as your name (I know some people already explained but I'm curious about those who didn't!)?

I chose Peppermint as my CB name because I like peppermint tea, and I wanted it to be a type of plant.  

2. Do you have any AEs or CAPTCHAs? 

Nope! I've been working on them, though.  

3. Three things you like?

Rainy days, homemade bread, and plants.  

4. Three things you dislike/avoid? 

Meat (I'm vegetarian), spiders, and math tests. 

5. What is your favorite (so far!) thing to do on the Chatterbox? 

Ooh, that's a hard one... I like reading everyone's poetry! Also, I enjoy threads like the Daydreams Cafe.  

6. What is one thing on the CB that looks fun, but that you have not tried yet? 

I haven't joined any roleplays yet, but I really want to. I'm mostly worried that I won't have time, honestly.  

7.  What is the weirdest thing about you? 

I'm not sure...

8. What non-screen related activity do you turn to when you are bored?

Reading, crafting, hiking, dance, etc. I've got a lot of hobbies.

This is slightly embarrasing... my sister and I once made up superheros/villains and kinda roleplayed them but physically, mine was named The Sage Wolf.

2. Do you have any AEs or CAPTCHAs? If so, who are they?

I only have one AE, Eir. She talks in italics, and she's annoyingly extroverted (chirpy, nosy).

3. Three things you like? 

Animals, the ocean, and figuring out the perfect palette for characters.

4. Three things you dislike/avoid?

Radicchio, yippy dogs (they're cute though!), and this is so gross but dead fish (like pet fish, not fish you eat).

5. What is your favorite (so far!) thing to do on the Chatterbox? 

To be honest, I don't know - I feel like I should be more active on the CB.

6. What is one thing on the CB that looks fun, but that you have not tried yet? 

I kinda want to start a picturing thread, but I haven't worked up the courage yet!

7.  What is the weirdest thing about you? 

That's hard because there are so many! I guess a lot of you are saying you dislike bugs, I actually like most of them (everything except yellow jackets *shudder*).

8. What non-screen related activity do you turn to when you are bored?

Drawing or listening to music! 

1. What is your CBer name and why did you choose that as your name? 

My name is Princess Juniper but Juni or Juniper is fine too. I chose that because well I love the name Juniper and Juniper Ruinitz was my pen name for a short while. (Now it's January Martins)

2. Do you have any AEs or CAPTCHAs? I have one AE named Alaska (I used to have three but I invented them when I didn't even know what an AE was), she speaks in bold like this <Hello> <I'm Alaska>. I have a captcha named Butternut who is a pegasus

3. Three things you like? Rick Riordan books, marvel movies (Still waiting on black widow!) and sewing

4. Three things you dislike/avoid? Um Native americans being called indians on so called "school sites", when authors stop writing really good books and being patient

5. What is your favorite (so far!) thing to do on the Chatterbox? Meet so many new people! (And yes that was a super pg response) 

6. What is one thing on the CB that looks fun, but that you have not tried yet? Trying to host my own ski lodge.

I have not joined any poetry threads yet.

I do not like traveling and I hate my wallpaper yet don't want to change it

Reading, walking to my downtown with friends, jamming to some music, biking

1. I'm MoonKitten, and... um... not sure why I chose it. I like cats, and Moonkitten sounds cool.

2. I just named my CAPTCHA Twiga. She's a giraffe.

3. Keeper of the Lost Cities series, my cat, and fluffy or squishy things.

4. Waiting for the next book in a series to come out, mosquitoes, and broccoli

5. Just off the top of my head, I'd say Kyngdom. I haven't been around that much, though.

6. Um, ski lodges? They sound fun, but honestly, I don't even know what they are.

My CB name is Firelily/Fire Lily, and I chose it because it's my favorite flower.

I have 2 CAPTCHAs, named Ecdov, (male) and Umoca. (female) 

3. Three things you like?

Gaming, reading, and writing.

4. Three things you dislike/avoid?

Super high-pitched noises, some but not all spiders, and when a device is slow/laggy/glitchy.

5. What is your favorite thing to do on the Chatterbox so far?

This may sound weird, but reading other's RPs. I haven't joined any yet. It's kinda fun to read other people's ideas and watch the stories unfold.

6. What is one thing on the CB that looks fun, but you haven't tried yet?

Uhh, pretty much everything....

7. What is the weirdest thing about you?

Oof, hard to choose out of so many weirdnesses. I guess I'd have to say that I sometimes start to randomly sing under my breath, and it often causes funny looks from other people.

8. What non-screen related actity do you turn to when you're bored?

Ususally reading, writing, drawing, climbing, playing outside, building forts...*lists many hobbies*
