CB anniversary sign ups! The CB's anniversary is sometime in June (What was the date of the first post admins?) and I remember the first post that really caught my eye before I even posted was a backpages CB anniversary video. It was lovely and the CB really is such a beautiful place. I would love to make a video dedicated to this community. If you wish to join fill out the form below! I will need people to provide art, editing skills, quick videos for editing together, quotes and things like that.

Ooh, this is a good idea! I think this has been pointed out, but I'm not a hundred percent sure how the contributors are going to be giving out their music and videos, but if this is something we CAN do, I would love to be a part of this.

Skills/what you wanna do: I can hand letter quotes with calligraphy pens, I've been doing it for years and I have a really large calligraphy pen set (around 80). I also have minimal video editing skills.
Ideas: None at the moment, but I'm happy to go along with wherever this takes us!

Okay so because I'm bored and impatient we will start as soon as this is posted. So far we have 15 people. Sign ups end on the tenth. Then I will post a list of we need people to do. Quotes should obviously be inspiring and about the CB. Just to be clear they are your original quotes and not other people's.

Hey Juni! I think we can make this work. It's such a great idea I don't want to dump it without trying. Since we aren't able to submit videos we won't be able to help you with video sections and music, but we can definitely help you with outlining the video, giving art and quotes, and ideas. I believe there are places where artists allow people to take their music for videos (with aknowledgement to who wrote it) without all the copywrite problems. Also, I think iMovie has music that comes with everything else you can use. So that might solve some music issues.

I think since the GIF worked we can convert any video into a GIF as long as there isn't any sound. If not being able to post videos isn't the problem, let me know!

We need to get organized folks! I have decided that I will convert the video to a gif and post a very long GIF! If we can I will add some music that I played myself to it but that's a maybe. (Probably Theme in Canon D on the cello) Apologies to everyone who wanted their own music in the video. To CBers who think they have to simple an assignment please keep in mind that A. I need time! and B. Please work super super hard and just take your time with these! I may give out more assignments in the future.

Hi there! Just a suggestion, since we're all working on this, don't you think we should all provide a quote about the importance of the CB to us? They don't have to be long or anything, but that's what Micearenice did in the ten-year video and that worked out pretty well. I don't mean to be annoying or anything, but it's a suggestion.

Because the Web Master agreed to post a video (thank you so much, Admin and Web Master!) I think the finished product can be an actual video! Though I have no idea how the video will be put in the thread beginning since you can't even post pictures when you start a thread. Admin, do you know how it was done last time?
No, I don't. That's where we rely on our Webmaster, who's agreed to do it once again for this new one.
