Yeah, I do feel like most CBers are on the older side (12 and up, it seems to me), at least nowadays.

Hm. I think this is because as young Cricket-receivers, we see the Chatterbox and see a community that's already there. I'd been getting Cricket for years before I joined the CB. I was just afraid I'd intrude, and that's why I joined at 13, which I think of as rather old to join. I would not be surprised if other CBers were the same. Also this could just be a phase in which there aren't many newer, younger CBers.

Maybe it's partially because parents tend to give more screen-time/free reign on the Internet to older teens? Idk, just seems plausible explanation
