life update!

life update!

hi y'all! i have taken yet another unannounced hiatus; i'm not sure if this post means i'm "back" but i have not abandoned the cb! (however i seem to have abandoned capital letters...it is 10 pm and i'm too tired to press shift). 

some life updates:

1. turned 17 (wow so old)

2. came out as bi!!! this was definitely a long time coming, i've been questioning for like 4 years but finally came to terms with it this summer. the cb definitely helped subconsciously; the queer community here is amazing and have had many wise things to say when i posted panicked anonymous comments before i came out. 

3.  i'm a senior in high school now. aaaaah. college applications. 

i'm not actually sure who's reading this because new people have probably joined on my hiatus; if i haven't met you, hi! i'm Lupine (look, i do know how to press shift). i have been here since 2020 (crazy) but in the past year i've been a bit flaky. if i am in a chat thread with you, i sincerely apologize. i will get around to answering......eventually. 

that's all for now! i hope y'all are having a good (or at least ok) school year.

Lupine, hi!!! It's so great to see you again! Yeah 17 is ancient (I'm 17 too lol). I feel you with the college apps, I wish you luck on those! We've got this :))

LUPINE!!!! *tackle hugs* I am so so glad to see you!! and very glad you haven't abandoned the CB :D also cool about being 17 and bi. 

don't worry about getting to our chat thread - i'll be very happy when you do but don't stress about timing :D i mean ik that's hard and you might not be able to not, but it's okay if you take a while :D

i might post a bit of my own life update on our chat thread - i know i've posted a lot, so don't worry about responding to all of it (in general) :D

LUPINE!!!! HELLO!!!! *also tackle-hugs* it's so good to see you again!!! Congrats on coming out, that's awesome!! And hey, yesterday (the day you posted :0) was Celebrate Bisexuality Day, so a belated happy Celebrate Bisexuality Day!! And 17 wow :00 happy belated birthday! Good luck with that and with college applications!! And please don't worry about the chat thread, as always! Actually, wow, Blackfooted Bobcat said everything I wanted to say, plus things I didn't even know I wanted to say but that are totally true, and said it all perfectly lol, so haha yeah but um I'll also be super happy if you post but definitely don't worry about it and I have not been the best at answering chat threads lately (sincere apologies to Hex and Hawkstar) but I also do have things I want to post in our chat thread but y'know my posts are always SUPER LONG soo... literally everything Bobcat said <33 but anyways yeah soo good to see you and good luck with high school and thank you, I have been having an okay-ish school year so far, and just hiiii *waves so hard that my arms turn into noodle arms from all the effort* :D

I'm going to try to get to our chat thread today! I've missed talking about books and music with you. By the way is your location a reference to "back from the dead" by Lyn Lapid and mxmtoon...if so it's crazy how much our music taste overlaps...if not you should listen to it.

hi lupine!!! i am also seventeen, and also bi. so that's pretty neat actually! amen to abandoning capitals, i did that after like three weeks of posting :D 

college applications. yes. i am filled with fear.

i don't think we ever really interacted directly, probably a few times, but you always seemed really cool so id like too. im trying to be more active here, since ive kind of slowly dropped a lot of things beyond the terminal. i want to be active and around! so uh hiiiii maaaan : >
