I think she got it at a place called smiley central. I'm not really sure, because I was only there for about 30 seconds (By accident--I somehow dragged her cat thingy to the side of the page and clicked something. My sister was talking to me at the same time and I was really just messing around. The site makes noise, and it startled me, so I pushed the cancel button really fast.) But try googling smiley central and I think it will come up.
