Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Synesthesia: (noun) The production of a sense impression relating to one sense or part of the body by stimulation of another sense or part of the body.

In other words, it's a "condition" that connects people's senses to each other (readers of "The Name of This Book is Secret" and its sequels will recognize this as the condition that Pietro, Luciano, and Benjamin have) Example: If someone with synesthesia hears jazz music they might taste chocolate or think of the color green, or tasting grapes might bring on the image of fireworks, etc.

There is a theory (I'm too lazy to check if it's been proven or not) that everyone has synesthesia to a certain extent even if they don't realize it, for instance certain feelings can be connected to tastes, sounds connected to smells, sights...well you get the idea. anything that connects one sense to another, like thinking of people's names as different colors, textures as sounds, whatever.

For me the only thing is that I see colors/shapes when I taste (or sometimes smell) certain things. (Like on the movie Ratatouille whenever Remi eats something he sees this cool color explosion thing and hears music, except for me there's no music)
