Something important we

Something important we need to address...

Hey guys, just a reminder that a lot of people are feeling left out (including me) from threads such as Compliment Thread and also the Ask CBers thread. Even though we don't realize it, mostly just the "popular" CBers are being addressed. Even though nobody says there is a CB heirarchy, there is. It wouldn't be too much to specifically address some of the people who haven't been asked a question and ask them one! Everyone wants to be included, and we're not necessarily doing that. Thanks! Also, I've seen on multiple occasions that a "popular" CBer makes a thread, and it gets tons of comments. But when a less known CBer makes a thread similar to these threads, they barely get 15 comments. I'm not trying to be selfish or anything, because I've been on the CB for 2 years and people still barely know me. I hope that this issue gets solved.

I see what you're saying, and I do think that this has been talked about before. And, of course, I don't mean to be rude, but if you wish to receive more compliments or get asked a question, do the same to other people! If you (or any of the other people who feel left out) were to post on the questions and compliment thread, complimenting other people or answering/asking other questions, I for one would notice and start trying to include you more. Sorry, I'm losing my train of thought here, umm. What I'm trying to say is: If you let it be known that you wish to be asked a question/complimented, you will. :) But if you're just hovering around in the background, not saying anything, there's definitely far less of a chance that people notice, "Hey, [name] is answering everybody else's questions and not getting asked any themselves. I'll go ask them something."

And as for the matter of posting on threads and such, I'm not sure what to say. I, myself, haven't noticed that it's such a big problem. If people don't find a thread interesting and don't post on it enough, what are we supposed to do about it? It's a bit of a gamble, really, when you post something on the CB (or any other online forum). People could be enthralled, or they could find it not very interesting.
