I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

Me! Is it weird that the first thing I do when I get a new book is smell it? I swear, they all smell different. I've gotten pretty good at predicting their genres based on the smell (I'm not crazy! I think...). Comic books totally smell different then regular books. Books in a series all smell similar, and authors have a specific smell as well. I don't know about notebeooks though...

Yes! I first noticed when my class went to the fire department for fire training and we all got in this tiny model house where they used fake fog as smoke.

Does anyone else ever feel strange when they see someone else act in the exact way you would in the situation?  I almost feel like I'm reading people's thoughts, it's so bizarre.

Then I wondered what if we're all made of a set of millions or trillions of individual traits.  Every thought process and reaction to a situation is predetermine.  No two people would ever be alike, but sometimes we still see a trait come forward.

Does that make any sense? Thoughts can be hard to describe sometimes.

Yes. When I'm watching Wheel of Fourtune I feel like I'm conntrolling them. It is weird and cool.
