you know when someone is just such a lovely and cool person that if they want to do something with you, you will do it regardless of how much experience or confidence you have doing said thing partially because it's fun and something new to try and blah blah blah but also just because OH MY GOSH THEY'RE TALKING TO ME THEY'RE SO GREAT YES

You know what? I don't care anymore. Here's why all of you guys should watch rottmnt so i can post all my fanart and headcanons for it.
1. You like angst? THERE'S PLENTY OF IT. Especially in the movie and finale episodes, and plenty of EXTREAMLY angsty fan content.
2. You like fluff? THERE'S PLENTY. Sadly no romantic fluff unless you ship Apriltello or something, but lots of family fluff! The 4 main characters are litterally brothers, and their found family sister is usually there too.
3. A good amount of content! Two seasons, a movie, and the fans are currently trying to "unpause" it. Not to mention the past versions of the tmnt! There you've got multiple movies, video games, COUNTLESS seasons and comics... Also an upcoming movie in 2023 called Mutant Mayhem that I'm super excited for!! And the fans make a ton of stuff, too. I'm making my own tmnt as we speak/write/read/idk!
4. ... Some representation? Not as much as The Owl House or She-Ra, but everyone pretty much agrees that Leo is gay. And Donnie is autistic! It's a very queer and neurodivergint fandom. Personally, I think Donnie is bi and ace, April is a lesbian, Raph is aro, Mikey a demiboy, and Leo gay! Also, I think Raph and Leo are adhd :)
5. Litterally just vibes??? It's really funny and has COUNTLESS THINGS I quote all the time (examples, because yes- "DR. DELICATE TOUCH FEELS NOTHING", "This is the greatest day of my life. Relishing chuckle.", "I LEARNED BOOK WORDS!", "TIRE! LACEFACE! MY EMOTIONAL CRUTCHES-", "Since this is my first time being wrong, is it always this scary????", "My fave songs to which I may,,, jammie-jam.").
6. They are. so fun to draw. and this show totally changed my art style, in the best way possible! Now I can draw cartoonish head shapes and their funky little mouths :}
7. GUYS PLEASE IK IT'S CRINGE AND THE FIRST EPISODES AREN'T VERY GOOD BUT IT GETS BETTER I PROMISE-
