Oh. My. Gosh. I hate this director for Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. She's terrifying and mean and annoying. Some of the other kids were just trying to ask a questions and yelled at them to be quiet, though they were raising their hand to ask a clarifying question. Apparently, one time that I wasn't there, she told this person who was showing the kids hand motions for one song to make them simple so the kids won't mess it up. IN FRONT OF THE KIDS. Ohmigoshhhh. We're not three! It's 8 and up! We know how to do stuff! We signed up for this, remember??? UGHHH. Literally everyone's scared of her. All the kids, my mother, my bff's mother... Why

I am so, so, so sorry that you have to deal with that director, Rainbow. We're doing a Purim play soon for our synagogue (fifth year in a row) and we have a really small cast. I have to have TWO major parts, which somehow don't have a lot of lines. My mom is the director :), but the choreographer is not the best. Our director (my mom) has a UNIVERSITY DEGREE in theater and she said that the moves were not good at all. Also, she (choreagrapher, not director) made us restart and restart all over again, and kept changing the moves when we did the origional moves right, and we didn't get anywhere. And we only have ONE MONTH until the play, only 8 REHERSALS LEFT! MAYBE LESS! AAAAAAAAAH!

Do you like Chamomile tea? Lavender scents? Warm blanket or water pillows (depending on the weather where you live). Those usually help for me. Getting sleep is important! Hopefully you get some time to relax over the weekend!
