Random Thoughts/Things?

I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

Funny thing happened to me today. I ws doing my mixed math review(Ugh, those are the WORST!!) and one of my answers was "3,210' and thats "0,1,2,3" backwards!! Plus, I'mm all done with school today! Now, my schedule for the next 3 hours:

-Work on my book

-Take a nap?

-Listen to my music

-Watch "Cheaper by The Dozen 2"

-Sing to "High Adventure" from my Disney "Aladdin" disc(animated)

-Dream about my crush.

-Maybe paint my LEGO minifigs hair with nail polish

And finally:

-Plan for what I'm gonna wear for Halloween. (I know, Halloween is a few months away, but I always have trouble trying to figure out what I should be. I'm gonna be Midnight, Guardian of the Night this year)

Thats my probably schedule for today.

Me on some days: "I love my hair! It's really nice and pretty sometimes! Often it frames my face really nicely! Also, it's nice to be able to put it up in a bun or a braid or whatever I want."

Also me on some days: "Ughhhh what the heck I hate my hair it's disgusting and whyyy is it so poofy all the time and I want to just get a pixie cut or something because then it would be so easy to take care of and I might even look good with a pixie cut and I wouldn't have to worry about whether to braid it or leave it loose or anything SO CAN I JUST CHOP ALL MY HAIR OFF ALREADY"

When I was younger, I used to not like Darth Vader, but I actually had a crush on Anakin Skywalker(I was SO...messed up back then) and I learned a few very carzy facts. Like, Anakin Skywalker is actually Darth Vader!!

Thought #1: And we were dancing. Dancing with our, hands tied, hands tied

Thought #2: Whyyyyy does Taylor Swift's song "Gorgeous" sound so much like Sam? And it makes me think of him every time I hear it because it just sounds so darn like him. Ughhhh it also doesn't help that I saw him today, because I was at co-op in the lobby waiting for stuff to start and then I just randomly looked up and saw him walking out the door of the building and I got so confused because I hadn't seen him over there before and he doesn't GO to my co-op and I thought maybe he and his family were visiting or something but no. I didn't even see his face, I just saw his back and his hoodie and his hair but that was enough for me to recognize him and I guess his mom and his younger brother were there too. And so it turns out they were picking up my friend's younger brother M who goes to the co-op and is friends with them so that they could go tube sledding but I didn't find that out until later and since I was wondering if he was at the co-op or something and I was so surprised to see him I was just so anxious and shaky for like an hour after that

Ughhhh

I have a question: Does anyone else love RPing on cricket way better than on YWP roleplaying platform? It's honestly super annoying how you only write like one sentence and have no control whatsoever on how people react... it's just super different... on cricket we can actually be in depth and wrote multiple papragraphs XD Does anyone feel the same?"

I have no idea what a YWP roleplaying platform is, but everytime I use the computer, I post a LOT on my one hour of computer time. Why do I have only an HOUR of computer time? That's a totally mysterious...mystery. People in this century NEED to be CONNECTED sometimes! And I need a phone. And I'll stop talking right now...

I have a phone.

YOU DID'NT TELL ME THAT KITTY!!!!!!!

I actually don't.(runs off)

GET BACK HERE RIGHT NOW YOU TWO MONTH OLD KITTY!!! GIMME YOUR PHONE RIGHT NOW!!!!!

Now, I haven't RPed on YWP before, but I believe what Tux is talking about is more of the real-time RPing style (you see it in places like Minecraft, etc) where someone *does action* or "says thing", then has another person respond.

I think this style can be incredibly freeing and just fun/different from the Cricket rp style if done correctly. There's no more stress about feeling too controlling of another person's character, or writing your posts too short because you don't want to take someone's effect on the rp away. However, that's if the other person is really there and you're actually exchanging conversation and interactions. It gives more of a feeling of interaction and choice between characters.

I do feel like Cricket does give us more of a feeling of depth, though. In Cricket we focus more on writing a story, so we have time to be as descriptive as we want to be, or show off a character's thoughts in a natural way. So, I guess I like both?

Oh Sirfire I just realized that you asked what a youth group was almost a week ago. It's not just for homeschoolers, my youth group is just that. A group of youths (Youth? Youthes?). It's pretty much all people from my church, we just hang out for about two hours every Sunday.

Speaking of Sunday, I've made it almost to the next youth group without losing my sanity over whether or not T got my valentine! This Sunday is a Mardi Gras masquerade (I think) party (I made my costume earlier, I might post a picture of it later!), and I'm hoping he'll be there so I can find out if he got it. I think he did, actually, bc this past Wednesday I saw him at church and he looked at me kind of funny. Not in a bad way, tho.

But I'm like panicking peoples is he actually gonna say anything to meeee??????

Has anyone else tried to tell their crush that they had a crush on them?

Oh, that makes sense. Um, your question: No I have not. IRL I'm kinda shy, and so in my twisted logic, it takes me 4 months to develop a crush, (and tell friends) 5 long months determining if they like me or not, and (if they do) then it'll take 6 months for me to tell them I like them, unless they ask me first. So that...would be 1 yr and 3 months. And that all depends on what they do. AND: My friend tried to tell my crush I like them.  Then he got mad at her bc she asked him if he liked me, and he denied, (2 days ago) so (yesterday) he thought she was going to tell his friends he liked me, so he's mad at her and I guess me. Because he's not talking to me.

Actively Ignoring. AI.

I hate it.

And that lead me to try and be a "rock" and retreat into my head. (Today) I failed.

ANYway it's bad but whatever.

Heh, today I delivered a letter to my crush telling him I liked him, I know he hasn't gotten it yet but still, only slightly dying of nervousness over here heh heh

I did and that's how I got my 3 heartbreaks. And one was on the 12th of last year and...(cries at the memory of my first heartbreak) I really liked him but now...(sniffs) not so much.

In answer to your question, noooo. I always want to tell my crush that I like him, but I’m too shy to walk up to him and ask that, and also, if he says no, it’s an awkward situation. I try to avoid those AT ALL COSTS!
