Yesterday I dislocated

Yesterday I dislocated my knee! I just randomly slipped and fell on the kitchen floor, and it hurt and my knee looked really wonky.

I was terrified at first, but when the paramedics came it was actually sort of fun! I got a lot of pain medication, though, which made me really drowsy. Now, I have to wear an immobilizer, which is SUPER ANNOYING. Also I'm sad cuz I can't jump around or sprint up the stairs anymore. But it will heal pretty soon   . . . . I think . . . . . .

Ouch! I'm really sorry to hear that happened. I really hope that it heals quickly!

I opened up Down to Earth and saw "Yesterday I dislocated..." and just kind of winced. Eeep. I'm sorry you dislocated your knee! Is the immobilizer like a brace or something? 

I hope it heals soon! (I know, I love sprinting up stairs too.) Get better!
