Chatterbox: Down to Earth

LADIES, GENTLEMEN, AND VARIATIONS THEREUPON, may I proudly present that it is the 5 YEAR CBVERSARY of me, Hermione Granger!!!!!!!!!!

I've been on the Chatterbox for five years now. I'm not sure of the exact date of my joining, but it was sometime in April when I was in fourth grade. I'm now in eighth grade, and while I have not been active constantly for all five years, I've checked in quite often. 

The CB really has shaped me as a writer and a person. I never had really used the internet before I discovered the CB, except for the occasional bit of research for a school project, and even then, it was only on certain teacher-approved sites. Now, I spend a lot of - probably too much - time in the internet, and it has shaped my life as much as the real world has. I've been cyberbullied (not here of course, thanks to our wonderful admins and our great community), and I've made friends. I've found funny things (coughcoughcatvideoscoughcough) and discovered tragedies. The CB specifically has helped me build confidence and improve as a writer, helped me create detailed characters and worlds, much more than many of my LA classes have. 

In honor of my CBversary I want to know if people want a Ski Lodge or a reboot of my Magic RP (you can find it by clicking the replies link twice in the inkwell to get to the longest threads if you're curious). 

The ski lodge will be a mix of any and all fandoms I know, (including but not limited to Doctor Who, Marvel, Harry Potter, Riordanverse, and many more) and I will invite as many CBers as want to come (terms and conditions may apply, contest limited to twenty-five CBers, only valid with purchase excluding US states OH and ME, we will not ship beyond the second star to the right, side effects may include death of CBersona, creator reserves all rights to kill off characters as they see fit and abandon the ski lodge if need arrises). 

My Magic RP was one of the longest in Inkwell history, and I'm curious to see what a new and very different group of CBers would do with it. arises

Neither of these would start until at least May, because I am going to the Vex IQ Worlds competition a week and a bit from now, and I also am getting knee surgery in the near future. (If any of you have experience with either of these things I would love to know because I am really nervous.)

I've had a different kind of surgery (not knee surgery), but I found the whole hospital experience fine and relaxing. I completely trusted the doctor and other medical staff. I was put to sleep and when I woke the surgery was over. It was nice to have to rest, sit around and read all day and be waited upon at home for a while.
