Hi, I was wondering what everyone thinks about climate change and global warming?  Does anyone not believe in climate change? If you don't, could you maybe explain why not? Also, everyone be respectful and kind.

I was trying to stay away from this thread since I’m not a fan of semi-possibly-controversial debates on the CB, but-

was anyone at the climate strike today? I was unable to go for complicated reasons, but I heard from people who could that there were MILLIONS of people striking worldwide! WOW!!

This happens to be my area of interest and I have a few suggestions for anybody else who feels the same. One great resource for understanding climate change is National Geographic's documentary "Before the Flood" with Leonardo DiCaprio. It's quite informative and I think it's great when celebrities use their platforms to educate people about real issues. Any speech by Greta Thunberg is also a great choice if you're interested in environmental activism and she has been such a huge inspiration for the climate strike movement!

I believe in climate change. Who couldn't? I can see it happening. It scares me, but I don't really know what to do about it.
