Chatterbox: Down to Earth

I'm Back!!!!!

Hi. I'm Satin and the last time I was on the CB was about March of last year. I never posted a formal leaving thread, because I never do that - at least I haven't for any of my unplanned hiatuses yet - I just got busy and then the longer you spend away from these things the harder it is to return. But here I am.

Here's a list of the main things that have happened to me in the past almost year? Wow.

-Finally stopped trying to dress like a girly girl or an emo kid and just dressed how I wanted to, which is usally somewhere in-between an elven warrior, Anne Shirley and sweatpants

-Turned 14

-Auditioned for a musical

-Did not get cast in said musical

-Reminded myself that even if I'm not currently in a show I can still work towards getting better at theatre

-Performed in my dance studio's spring recital The Wizard of OZ

-Went to Summer camp for the 3rd year in a row

-Devolped a crush on a guy at summer camp

-Dyed my hair pink 

-Made a cloak on my sewing machine

-Started drawing in my sketchbook more regularly 

-Earned my girl scout silver award

-Performed in The Nutcracker with an actual ballet company!

That's about it. What's new here? Who's everyone doing?
