Hmm, my mom got two artichokes from the store (so we have to share :() but one of them is GIANT so that'l be fun. :D

I LOVE cooking, I'm in charge of cooking desserts, cookies, banana bread, spice cake. You name it! Sometime laster this week I'm gonna try making my own chocolate covered cranberries. (dried out, called crasins.)
I've also recently started learning how to cook dinners, I can cook tuna cassarole, mac and cheese, (then again that is kinda easy.) and uh.. That's pretty much it haha.

Cool! I love baking cakes and I did it a ton in fourth grade.
Every Saturday one of my sisters or I have to cook dinner. We switch off so I have to every three weeks. Two days ago I did . . . hmm . . . *somehow can't remember*

I love to bake and cook, though I am much better at baking than I am at cooking. I do a cooking class on Fridays where we make dinner. I switch off doing it with my siblings. Every week they cook something different and its on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Its called Dynamite Shop. Its really fun. Last week we made sushi and this week their making Spagetti and Meat balls.
I got a French cookbook for christmas and its SO fun! So far I've fmade Crossaints and a Yogurt cake. SOOOOO GOOOOOOOOD.

The only thing I can make, is brownies.
And also mini microwave pizzas.
And Kool-Aid.
And milk with cinnamon sprinkled on top of it.
Don't try that last one. I tried it.

I love cooking! My fave dishes are chicken cordon bleu skillet, brownies (duh), my special almond chocolate chip cookies and of course milkadamia hot chocolate with homemade milk foam and cinnamom verum. Please share any special recipes you have! I make milkadamia hot chocolate by boiling macadamia milk (the brand is called milkadamia) adding hot chocolate powder, making milk foam (google it) and adding cinnamon verum on top. (Sorry if all that was super obvious)

I really like cooking and baking (I love baking more) and I should probably do it more often. One of the things I've made that I'm most proud of are Oreo macarons, which turned out surprisingly well.
My favorite foods are dark chocolate, sushi, and scrapple (look it up: it sounds gross but it's amazing). I've even tried escargot, which was alarmingly good (yes, snails). You can probably tell, I'm a bit of a food nerd.

Well, it's gone. i forgot. OH! I remembered. I wonder how those biscuts Mrs. Golden in book 3 tasted? yumm... buttermilk buscutsssss
