Greetings, lowly mortals! It is I, the Weather God! The one who makes the sun shine, who makes the rain fall! The one who created the tornado that tore down your town last week! You can go ahead and bow. 

Anyway! Oh, what's that? Yes yes, I know this thread is Down to Earth, but we sky beings have to exist somewhere. And doesn't that thingy at the top left say the world around you? The sky is around you, is it not? 
Okay, moving on to the real reason I am honoring your minuscule corner of the world with a visit. It has come to my attention that you are amazing people who deserve to be rewarded and so, blah blah blah no actually I was just bored. 
However, I may as well get some work done while I am here, no? I must admit that contrary to what I said previously, I am actually finding my stay quite enjoyable. So for that reason, I have decided upon something. 
*insert catchy advertisement music here*
Complaining about the weather in your area? The weather god can help! With one snap of his fingers, he can switch rain to sun (or vice versa, if that meets your fancy) in an instant! If you grovel enough, he might even do it for... you! Yes, you can be the very one to save your family from a nasty storm, to end a drought, to stop the wind! (Well, it'll actually be him, but this is good for publicity, you know?) Just submit a complaint here and he'll decide whether-- or weather, haha!-- to grant your request or not. 
Yikes, glad that's over with. That ad was from back when I was doing live tours. I must have been, what, only one million, two hundred seventy four thousand, six hundred five years old back then.

What I want is sun! The only thing that's been happening (practically) is rain. Dull. Boring. Meaning no offense to you, Weather God, as I suppose rain is part of your power too... Rain is beautiful! But right now, if you could possibly show all mortals what your great power can accomplish, I would very much enjoy some clear, sunny autumn days...

I may be the goddess of dragons, zuchhinis, and creativity, but alas I am still mortal, and have no control over the weather.

*bows magnificently* please can you scatter these dreary clouds that have been hovering over my house for days now? I shall offer some delicious chocolate-chip zuchinni bread fresh from the oven.
