Music thread!

Hello, this is Golden Lion Tamarin. I used to be GoldenLionTamarin, but I decided to add the spaces because otherwise it would be too confusing. I added that note here for the sake of saving space on the top. Now to the music part.

What kind of music to you like to listen to? I like everything minus jazz. What instruments do you play ("Vocals" is completely acceptable)? I play piano, guitar, a little bit of ukulele, and violin.

Well, I guess you can talk about anything about music. For instance, I have written 4 songs for violin (one is a concerto!).

Signing off!

Regards,

Golden Lion Tamarin

I usually listen to a group probably none of you have ever heard of called Kids United. Well, I have the first two albums, so I only know those. Most of their songs are in French. Actually, my fave song is by them (it's called Destin)!
I also listen to 2 songs by Ava Max (Kings & Queens; So Am I) and Taylor Swift (though never out loud {always with earbuds}, 'cause my sister is against all "new" music. It's only stuff from the 60s and maybe 70s and late 50s for her!).
Frozen, Frozen II, and Moana music is on my MP3 player because it's good music...
In the house, there is music playing often (or podcasts, like This American Life, for my sister, too). Mainly the Beatles, but also other stuff from that era. Like stuff from Woodstock, if anyone knows what that was.
Heh, yeah........ :P

(Oh, I'm curious if anyone actually has heard of Kids United. If not, try L'Oiseax Et L'Enfant. That was the first song I heard, and the music video's so cool...)

Does anyone like classical music? My favorites are Hungarian Dance No. 5 by Johannes Brahms, Canon in D by Johann Pachelbel, and Quasi una fantasia "Moonlight Sonata" by Ludwig van Beethoven. Oh, sorry part of it is technichally in Italian--Quasi una fantasia means "almost a fantasia", so I hope that clears things up. I mean, its just the name of a song...

Oh, yeah. I also play piano. My teacher had gotten me a really nice piano book that's absolutely amazing. It's called Au Chocolat. All the songs are titled after a chocolate dessert! Yeah, that's one reason why I love it so much. The other is that the peices themselves are the best! Oh, I love it......

I like listening to classical music, particularly dramatic violin music. But I also like Spanish music and music by Alfredo Rolando Ortiz. I do gymnastics, so I also listen to a lot of floor music. Also, I play harp.
