a life update
a life update I guess, if anybody still remembers me lol
Hey! I used to go by Neko here, and I would come up with a different last name every post (which got hard, trust me haha). I'm not sure about any specific time frame, but I was on here for a bit, and I like to think that I made an impression.
Anyways, I drifted away. I got busy with other stuff, and this place sort of just floated out of my mind. I'm not sure if it's somewhere I fit perfectly into now, but I'd like to just check in again. Everyone here made my life wonderful, and I really enjoyed being part of the community.
I've still been writing a little, I don't think I'll ever be able to stop. I've been reading too, of course. My favorite genres are horror and mystery, as well as various kinds of poetry. I guess I'm sort of playing at being an intellectual, I'm the vice president for my school's philosophy club.
My Chemical Romance released a new song. I'm very happy about that. Some other musical artists I've been enjoying are Arctic Monkeys, Maneskin, Penelope Scott, Mitski, Nirvana, and Destroy Boys (who I saw live!)
Since I left i've made a few friends, lost a few friends, moved a few times, and had a breakup. It's been a lot, but I'm honestly a lot happier with who I am now then who I was back then.
I don't think I'm going to be as active as I used to, but I might continue doing a few things here and there!
And to top it off, I think it's about time for a slight change of identity, to better reflect who I am now.

Heyyy! I don't know if you remember me but I definitely remember you back in the day! It's so nice to see you here again :) I had no idea that MCR released a new song- I was just listening to them yesterday. Also Penelope Scott!! I love her!! I actually have one of her songs stuck in my head right now (Lotta True Crime- it's so good!). Judging from the age box, you and I both recently turned 15, which is pretty crazy. I look forward to seeing you around here again!

Hi Nocturne! I remember you from reading some of your old posts. I'm Peregrine, after the falcon. I play the violin, and my favorite books are the Swallows and Amazons series by Arthur Ransome, and Lord of the Rings by J. R. R. Tolkien. I listen to music too, mostly classical and folk, Celtic, and bluegrass.

Heeeyyyy, Nocturne! I'm one of the newer CBers here, so you definitely don't know me. I have a question: about when were you last active? I don't think I've read any of your old posts.... Your [new] name sounds cool! I'm utterly, 138% obsessed with Wings Of Fire (in fact, y CB name is my WoF oc). I love the arts (drawing, theater, music, etc.). Um, yeah. Read you around!

Hello Reuby, I like a lot of those things too! I read Miss Peregrines a while ago, it was really good. I'd say my favorite animal would be a cat or a raven :D

Hi, welcome back! I'm a newerish CBer, she/her. My life is basically reading and writing when I'm not in school like I am now, cramming for exams :/ I also love animals and drawing. I've been reading fantasy right now, like usual, but I do enjoy good mysteries and poems.
