Um. Hi? Please pretend there is something interesting here and start a scintillating conversation. Thank you! (I'm kinda bad at social stuff...)

And with that epic start, I will abruptly leave.

By the way, thank you so much for the compliment on the Dec Compliment thread! It was really nice. Not friend (?), friend (!). You're also a really nice person to talk to in general, and and really supportive. You also have a great imagination (for example, your story sounds so cool) and you're good at writing—both our stories on this thread and your written poems, which were extrememly impressive, especially your rhymes. (And I really liked Rora's, the idea was so cool). I'm glad you're my MaF (Make a Friend) buddy!

Also, it's officially winter break for my school! Two weeks of doing absolutely nothing! *sighs in bliss and boredom* While I'm not going anywhere, I still might not be as active as usual because my family is pretty strict about online time—and I have no fake "homework" to be doing as an excuse. So I might not see/read you very much/very quickly. If I do, then you can forget about this warning, but if I don't, that's why.

So, the hen didn't cross the road because she was chicken. (Lol? super funny hahha I love making jokes :) No, it doesn't snow very much here, but as I've meantioned before, I live on a lake, which is nice in the warm weather months! But in the winter, the northern winds are just blasting us, (and of course we face to the north :l ) so, no snow *sniffles sadly*

Awww! I am glad that we are friends! I love talking to you, and I will be your MaF buddy for as long as, uh, as long as!

I am on winter break as well, and that is totaly fine if you aren't on here as often! Do you celebrate Xmas, or any other holiday? (Also, winter solstice is in a couple days! Almost offically winter!!)

I like that joke! You should check my bad joke/pun thread in CaC and post on it!

Aw, no snow. *joins in sniffling*

I celebrate Xmas, but I'm not religious—my family mostly does it for the presents & family & stuff, we don't really believe in it. What about you?

And yay, winter! I love the weather I get, although soccer goes on break and I have nothing to dooooooo I mostly spend winter break at home reading or being bored.

And I've started to use your location idea, I like it a lot! I'm experimenting for the age part, though.

What's your favorite color and why

Hiiiiiii Hawkstar :)

Break's actually really boring, although it's kind of nice not to go to school. My bro came home from college, but that's not a big deal because his college is only like an hour & a half away anyway. Idk, I'm mostly sitting being bored or reading a book.

All the books you mentioned you got for xmas were awesome! I love story thieves, it's mind-bending, especially the fourth... and dragon rider is good too, although I've only ever read the first two, I think... and I can't remember the others but I remember they're good :)

Do you read the New York Times ever? Idk where you live, so... and if you do, do you play the games? That's my real question, I suppose.

And oh, I have to go but I'll be back quicker this time I swear (probably).

Heylo Hex!

Thats to bad that break is boring. I find it nice to read read read read read read read and well you get the point.

Yes story thieves is great. I love pick the plot! What did you receive?

We don't get the paper or any other (online or other wise) are the games stuff like crossword puzzles and things like that?

Also Happy new year(almost)

And Calloway's ski lodge is super fun right now! (and always) I wonder why they are called ski lodges? Maybe the original on was at a ski lodge so the name stuck.

Hi :)

yeah, I like readreadreadreadreadredading—whoa, that's almost the same as dreading, I just realized—but after a while I want something else to do.

Okay, I don't really like pick-the-plot. If it's done well, it's interesting, but I want to read all the book has to offer and I usually find myself reading all the possible choices which is very time-consuming and kind of annoying.

I got some puzzles (okay, lots of puzzles) & a (nerdy) t-shirt & a book bag that says "never underestimate the power of a girl with a book" —RBG & a book, The Language Lover's Puzzle Book.

Yeah, the games are stuff like crossword puzzles & one called 'spelling bee' which I play a lot. I was wondering if you did it too because it's really fun. And btw, if you ever want more board game suggestions, I am a self-classified board-game-nerd (which you probably already guessed :)) and I will be happy to overload you with suggestions :)

Happy new year almost! Are you doing anything to celebrate? My family goes over to a family friend's house every year and we stay up until tomorrow/next year playing board games. It's really fun, but almost all the kids are now college-aged except me and it feels kind of weird.

I... haven't... been... *sigh* keeping up with Calloway's ski lodge... I read the first installment and it was really good but I haven't found the time to read the others. I'LL DO IT SOON! (probably. okay, probably not) but it is very good. And yeah, the first ski lodge took place in a ski lodge: http://www.cricketmagkids.com/chatterbox/puddingsplace/node/106893 if you want to check it out.

Yes, I got a puzzle too. It is a picture of a bookshelf with (from bottum to top) Red, yellow, green, Then blue books. Its called, I'd rather be reading. When I got it, I was like, Ya! I like the saying on your T-shirt!(hang on, let me copy that down on to some paper...)

Board games? Sure! Pile me with suggestions! I really like the game Sequence, have you heard of it?

We don't do much, really. More than you! We go to bed at the same time and what not.

You haven't read...! How dare..! It is really good. Your not dead yet, I'm not sure if that is a good thing or a bad buuuuut...

And thanks for the link!

And OMG. CAPACHA says magpi. No joke!

hi

What kind of board games do you like? And no, I haven't heard of Sequence. How does it work?

After you said that I went and read all of the ski lodge. It's crazily well written and thank you for making me go read it! It's so much better than mine... :/

I'm developing some AEs, would you give me feedback on them/more ideas? There's three of them so far.
