Yay, I love mushrooms too! They're kind of funny things. I love dryad's saddle mushrooms because they are so pretty and have such an awesome name! One of my local nature parks has a tree with a whole bunch of them. I've eaten fried wild shaggy mane (after careful ID by a knowledgable grownup) and it was delicious.

Adorable to look at, absolutely horrendous to eat. I had one that was so slimy that it was like rubber and it slipped between my teeth and straight down my throat. Never. Again.
