Julio-Claudian government vs. American government

guys ! I posted this on DtE , but it literally got NO feedback . I also posted this in Puddings Place a minute ago , so if you already saw this thread and haven't commented , maybe you should (: Or maybe you already commented , no biggy you don't need to comment on this one or that one because I've already got your suggestions ! So I
just wanted to post it here and see if you all could help me a bit as well . 

I'm writing a Lit paper about the similarities/differences between the Julio-Claudian gov. vs. the American gov.

respond PRONTO . Writing this paper today and I need some helpful ideas
about if I should contrast or compare , or go for the approach of
'they're government was more effective' and so on .
