There are a few place-fillers, none of which are worth typing about. The plot is currently, Vicemage trying to kill Archmage, Magic Study Group discovered by Archmage, about to be revealed.

((OMYGOSH GUYS I'M SO SORREEEEEE! *wails pitifully* DON'T EEEEEAT MEEEE!
I can explain! First off, I was feeling a little overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff my Archmage was supposed to be doing, and then Laughingstar lost another life to a terrible disease (and since we're the same person, so did I), and then the right side of my brain had a growth spurt, setting me off on a huge drawing binge and giving me the worst writer's block of my life, then there was The Chemistry Test of Death, plus the piano concerto I'm supposed to be learning, then I spent a few days at my friend Arin's house, which fixed the writer's block (she, and the awesome forest in her backyard, never fail to inspire me), and finally, I was working frantically to finish drawing/coloring/shading Lady Arin's birthday picture, and then I got home and was too tired to even check the piles of email watiting for me in my inbox. *falls over*
I can't believe how many people have deserted this thread while I was gone! *sob* I'm still in, if you guys want me. I solemnly swear to write the Archmage and Flickr whenever my ridiculous schedule allows. I would start with the Archmage right now, except... I have no idea where he is. *scratches head* In fact, he seems to be in several places at once?... And I've completely lost track of Flickr, I'm afraid. Anybody willing to fill me in?))

I'm back from the dead and ready to control my character!! Sorry for the long absence *sheepish grin* my stupid computer wouldn't let me on this site for a long time and THEN I couldn't find this thread. Sorry again. So who else is working on this story other than Megan, Mary liz, and Commander Kip?? We really need to start fininshing this story or else we're never going to finish this!!

Anyway, Kipin, I think you're being told by Anara which direction the Vicemage was going, Flicr is flying over the forest doing absolutely nothing, and... Let's see... I think that's everything. Pheonix, you probably know where you are. Maybe... we could go out riding,on a rescue mission, and you could, for some mysterious reason, meet up with us, and we start going along together? I don't know. Anyway, I'm quite glad everyone's back, and not least me. I'll try to do better in the future.))

Sorry, you can see how I made the mistake, right? Magical bird... Phoenix! Makes sense... Anyway, we need to figure out what we're doing with the old, abandoned characters. Do we distribute them to others, or just drop them? If we're distributing them, can I have 'birdy boy'? Anyway, sorry again, and I'll stop rambling and pretending I'm in control. *smiles brightly*))

Okay, this makes our job so much easier. If everyone posts what their strengths are and who their original person is (I could probably look them up, but I'm too lazy), we can figure this out. Mary Liz, you should probably take up Jinni again, if you want. At the moment, the maids--voweled or not--have become somewhat irrelevant, unless someone wants to bring them back into the story. Since I think I started posting after everyone left, I'm Ala, Xelix's cat, who is following Bon-Bon Man (aka Lucifer Eggwald/Vicemage) while he escapes the clutches of the Archmage and his soldiers.
I'm so excited that Mary Liz and I aren't the only ones still interested in this! Welcome back!

All right then. *bright smile* I am composed.
I have already posted my strengths (see above), so if everyone else would do so that would be great, and we could divvy up the characters (in memory of Dmboogie, the charries *sad smile*) according to forte. Jinni?... uhm... yeah... I've got no clue where she was last seen. *shrug* I'll look around.
Later this evening, when I've got more time (bit rushed at the moment), I'll see if I can compile a list of characters so we can be a bit more organized.

((Sorry, I began dying again. I live though. You should worry not. My character is Anara, a girl who for many years lived in the Mage's Guild in secret, learning magic. I am quite willing to also take over Xielix, or however it's spelled, and have posted a few times as him. I don't really have strengths, although I haven't done too much doubling, so I probably shouldn't take on more then a few people. I would be happy to also try 'birdy boy' though. If somebody else badly wants him, I can live with that as well.))
