Appearance: Strikingly pretty, with long, dark brown hair and hazel eyes.

Personality: Although she is pretty, she hates anything princessy and is kind of a tomboy. She really, really does not want to go to princess school. She is also loyal and selfless but tries not to be noticed by the prince.

Friends: We'll see...

Enemies: Well, she doesn't like the prince.

Other: Is this based off The Selection? I haven't read it, but my friends have told me about it. Also, is someone rping as the prince?

Name: Fenrys Doranelle
Age (12-17): 16
Appearance: Incredibly beautiful, except for the various scars that cover her body. The largest ones are three roughly healed ones cutting diagonally across her back. Crystal clear, strikingly sharp, dark onyx blue eyes. Golden hair which shines silver in the moonlight and falls almost to her waist. Standing at an average height, her body is finely honed and trained, thanks to her brother.
Personality: Extremely devoted and loyal to those she cares for. When you first meet her, she often seems cold and uncaring, but she tends to show her kind, caring side with time. Self-confident, sarcastic, intelligent, intuitive and kind-hearted, and follows her heart, freedom is something very important to her, loathes unnecessary cruelty, greatly enjoys reading and traveling. She is very loyal to her friends and is willing to become a monster in order to protect them. Further developed during the story.
Friends: We'll see.
Enemies: The royal family.
Background: Fenrys grew up in a fairly large cottage nestled deep in the woods. She's spent most of her life trying to care for her mother, who is slowly withering away from the inside and has very little time to live. Her father, to her knowledge, is dead. Killed by the royal family, according to her elder brother, Connall. He also blames the royal family for her mother's sickness. The reason Fenrys decides to participate in the competition is because it is the only way she would be able to access the antidote to her mother's illness. After she convinces the prince to give her the antidote, she plans to kill him to get revenge for what happened to her family (don't worry I plan to make some stuff happen that changes her mind).
Other: She has a pet wolf called Rowan, which she raised since it was a pup. It is very large and pure white, except for a small black mark on its chest.

Oh. My. Flubberbusts. This is sooooo similar to one of my favorite older book series called Princess Academy where a princess is to be chosen from a mountain village. It's by Shannon Hale and I definitely recommend it, though best to read it in order. Probably not gonna join though sorry...
