Special properties: Is in a tree, a giant treehouse essentially, magical library that supplies all and any of the books I'm looking for

Special Properties; in wilderness 

Appearance: A simple wooden building covered with different kinds of vines. Winds through trees and has little second floors that are supported by tall trees. Some rooms are pavilions with vines as walls. Lots of windows, most without glass. Lit by chains of glowing Christmas ornaments and fairy lights, none which are on during the day.

List of rooms: All the smaller rooms are coming from the center. The center is a main room with a simple table in the center painted sky blue. The walls are cream painted. On one wall is a bookshelf, another a small armchair. The other rooms are kitchen, large pavilion; library, small room with fireplace;My bedroom, beautiful elevated pavilion with vines forming sturdy walls.; cloud’s suite, two rooms and one pavilion, all small; Pzun’s suite, one pavilion, one room, and one long thin room for a playroom.; Banjo’s room, room with large courtyard, right next to my room. Drae lives elsewhere.

And bathroom, large room with hot tub and shower as well as usual stuff.

Special properties: floating island. 

Appearance: A gigantic maple tree, eternally stuck in fall colors. Lights hang from the branches and the occasional window appears on the trunk. It roots in a medium sized floating island with a natural hotspring in it and a river flowing off of the edge.

Rooms: Bedroom, library, book book, art room, game room.
