Chatterbox: Inkwell

In the desert something was perphaing. If you were to look miles to the east, you'd see a sliver pond and around it komodo dragons blowing fire from thier mouths to amuse the young snow leapords beside them. 

Zoom in and you'd see a young snow leopard with green eyes trailing ice from her paws. A rustle in the tree's and the tree's branches would extend, monkey riding on them and controling them. 

These animals were 3 of the 8  clans to arrive for the cermonoy. In other places other clans were too gathering around a pond at the heart of that terrioty. The cermonoy was-will get to that later. 

But let come back to that young snow leopard. She sat beside another snow leopard; her mentor.  

"When will it start Leo?"  she asked; eyes nevoursly watching the sky. 

"Soon" answered leo; putting a calming hand on her back. 

"Are we really bonded to them?" asked the snow leopard; tail flicking in fear.

Leo laughed; but there was doubt still clouded his eyes. The snow leopard shifted her paws; anxouisly. Did Leo believe it? Was her friend telling the truth? "No! What made you think that sophie?"

Sophie inspected her claws, worried. "Nothing" Lily did. 

Something slithered out of the bushes and Sophie hissed in fear. Leo laughed. "It's just the snake's sophie" 

The snake's were jet black with red eyes and they hissed at the komodo dragons and snow leopards; tongues darting in and out of their mouths and trailing acid. The ground was black were they slithered. ''Greetsssingss"

Sophie shivered;wondering how Leo could not be scared of them. The komodo dragon leader nodded his head; calmly and so did the snow leopard leader; but all the young ones seemed afeard. 

One of the snake's slithered by sophie and she jumped back. Leo amused smile grew wider. 

Soon; The eagles arrrvied; their wing's  ruffling the snow leopards; and the monkey's fur. As they landed they shook the tree's surrounding the pond and made small waves lap the pond's shore. Next the foxed arrived; dissapearing and appearing somewhere else. Tiger's jumped out of the bush'; their massive frames making shphie shrink. The leader made a log floa tot him. With a contented purr he rested his head on the log.  Seals came from the sky surround in a water bubble.  

Sophie was amazied.
