Hello, this is

Hello, this is Rogue.

I am trying to make a role-play thread and I have the feeling I just did, so... If I did, then this RP thread is for kids who have been abandoned by everybody. They have mysterious powers. I personally don't care about OP-ness so have at it, the only restriction being greater consequences for greater powers. For example, my charrie, Rogue, has power over time, space, and the dimensions, basically Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina all in one. She does not have much control over her powers, especially not time and dimensions so she only uses those for emergencies.

Name: Rogue

Age: Middle teens

Appearence: Straight, reddish brown hair that goes a little ways past her shoulders. Striking green eyes. Average height. Usually wearing a black hoodie and jeans, and she prefers to go barefoot, but when there's stormy wheat her she puts on her socks and a pair of sneakers.

Powers: See introduction.

Consequences: See introduction.

If I did not just create an RP then I don't know WHAT I just did, but I hope whoever is reading this enjoyed it somehow. :)

Ummm... I was applauding her for standing up for her beliefs...

Also, don't think I'm not going outside of my comfort zone. My charrie is homeless, and when I was like thirteen I had a run-in with a homeless guy who wanted me to "follow him". I didn't and he began to reach out to grab me. Luckily, my father arrived and drove the guy off. To this day I hate to think of what the man may have done to me. So, no. Don't think I'm not challenging myself. Just sayin'. :|

Hey why isnt my post posting? There was nothing controversal in it at all. I was just making more charries. I think. Or changing my old ones around a bit.

Some comments, especially long ones, take longer for review, especially when we're busy.

Ah, ok sorry, Admins! Don't mean to pester you!

Rouge, I get out of school in a week and a half. Finals week...*shudders*

Also, that's a very traumatic experience! But it's not just homeless guys that do that. Everyone does. Trust me, I know. But I'm sorry that happened to you. It can be a little traumatizing writing as someone with similar attributes to that person. But it does help get over it when you understand things from their point of view. He could have been doing...some stuff, or just mentally ill. Good thing your dad was there! Again, I'm so so sorry that happened to you. It's a good start, writing as a homeless person. But what I mean is like, writing as someone with a different personality, or a guy, or a different race. Someone who has different standards, ya know? A different religion. I mean, writing as someone in a different environment isn't nessecaryly challenging, it's just different. Like writing as someone living in a dessert instead of mountains. Do you get what I mean? Also again, very sorry about your experience.

(do you like my fancy words? I've been practicing for Finals ;P)

I fully understand that other, possibly more sophisticated people would also do that, and I think he was mentally ill and/or drunk because he had no teeth, smelled like drugs, and was talking to a trash can minutes earlier.

Your fancy words are simply resplendent, darling! ;P I hope you do well on your finals!

Nihil just called me a crby. Well, if I'M a cry baby, then what are you? (Haha, gotcha there) XD

@Sorrelshine Yeah so is Rogue so I maybe they'll just keep saving each other from minor things like a ditch or something. That way they'll begin to trust each other more quickly. But the obstacles would have to be there while they're distracted or something because I'm sure both of them would see the obstacles under normal circumstances. :)

Sorrelshine, would Blade kinda look like a smaller version of Gale from the Hunger Games movies?

K! Guess what I'm finally doing! More charries!

Name: Dimas

Age: Late teens

Appearance: Pacific Islander sort of look. Dark skin, silky black hair, brown-black eyes. Wears an orange hoodie and sweats. Thick build, a little chubby, stays fit though. There's an orange stripe under one eye made of tiny corgulations in cool patterns. A hoop in his left ear. A tattoo of similar patterns on his shoulders and looping around to join at the front of his neck, with images like dolphins and sharks in them. They're traditional tattoos for his culture. Normally goes barefoot, when its hot he'll take off his sweatshirt, but hes often cold.

Personality: Kind, understanding. Not the sharpest knife. Does what he thinks is right. Doesn't ask many questions. Can be rude, has mixed morals.

Powers: Echolocation! He makes a really high-frequency sound that only he can hear and by using it he can tell whats behind doors or whats in the dark and stuff.

Consequences: He goes slightly deafer every time he uses it. And at one point, he won't be able to use it anymore.

Name: Adolfo

Age: Late teens

Appearance: Russain. He has porcelain-white skin, dark brown hair with lighter brown highlights, and green eyes. Really buff. Wears a teeshirt and shorts but no shoes. Tall. Has an awsome Russain accent ;P

Personality: Has a big ego. Like, huge. He'll put himself before everyone else. Cool guy though has the ability to make people like him. Smiles a lot. Has a soft side deep down but never lets anyone see it. Acts dumb, but is actually pretty smart, although he doesnt like admiting it.

Powers: Super strength and can breathe underwater. I know, I'm so original.

Consequences: Uh, is more bear-like then human at times. Often forgets what he's doing, because it puts such a strain on his body.

I probably really shouldn't commit to this, but I had to. Someone can adopt her if they like.

Name: Chamelee (Hindi for Jasmine; her parents are Hindu)

Age: 15

Appearance: Somewhat beaked nose, small rounded chin, soft, high cheekbones. Warm light brown skin, with a few strands of dark hair escaping her hijab. Near-black eyes broken into hazel by muddy green, short but moderately thick eyebrows she would fuss over if she had the luxury. Only one step up from flat-chested, and likes it that way. Petite and light-boned, hiding a slender frame under layers of modest clothing that are as fashionable as she can make them. Looks younger than she is. Used to wear makeup. Carries a large shoulder bag containing all her worldly possessions. Habitually checks the time.

Personality: Near paranoid levels of anxious. Shy, delicate, birdlike. Dreads even the smallest degree of conflict. Easily manipulated. Guarded, puts up a facade that makes her look unremarkable from a short distance but crumbles to dust if you tap on it. Sticks to the shadows, though, so you rarely get close enough. Patient, logical and clever when calm. Reverses that as her stress levels go up. Quiet to the point where she can get by without speaking for days. Desperately needs or at least craves stability.

Powers: Can borrow anything she wants, physical or metaphysical, for a limited amount of time.

Consequences: Has to give the borrowed thing back within 24 hours of taking it, but can't always seem to get rid of it (and then she often begins to panic). If she doesn't return it in time, everything she does with it begins to break down and she starts experiencing physical pain and sometimes corrupted memories due to paradox. Once the thing is back, she must give up consciousness for time equaling that of which the thing was borrowed for, beginning within an amount of time equaling that of which the thing was borrowed for, although this can usually be paid off when she goes to sleep and would be unconscious anyway. Longer times also cause deeper sleep; if she borrowed something for just a few seconds, she could be woken before the time is up although she'd be woozy, but if she borrowed it for several hours, she'd be out like a light until it's paid in full. Going overtime results in a coma. Going more than an hour overtime also forces her into unconsciousness that is doubled in severity in one way or another, while instantly returning the borrowed thing. Using her powers for something too big for too long could theoretically lead to death. Accordingly, she needs to plan in excruciating detail before using her powers. She learned this all the hard way.

Claaws, do you want to ship her with Sam? I think it would add another layer to the not fitting in.

Should we start? Keep in mind that people CAN JOIN EVEN AFTER WE START RPING. Anyhoo, there's thirteen charries already. If anyone objects to starting speak now or forever hold your peace!
