Ghost RP!!
October, 2019.
In an uninhabited forest region of Massachusetts, a town appears out of the mist.
Impossibly.
Nobody can remember building the town. None of the people who have lived near it, even those ancient souls who’ve lived in the neighboring town forever.
Obviously, there’s nothing to be afraid of- it’s just an odd coincidence. The town was probably abandoned by some early settlers. With a bit of care and some modern technology, it could become a beautiful little haven.
So thirteen families move in, perfectly filling the thirteen tumbledown Victorian houses in the town’s largest neighborhood.
Six families, coincidentally, have children- well, young adults, really- all the same age. That very same fateful number.
You guessed it- thirteen.
The teens have noticed something peculiar- something that the adults in the mysterious new town seem to be blind to- eerie, otherworldly sounds and apparitions popping up everywhere.
So they investigate.
And their world is turned upside down.

Okay. Hi guys.
Today’s my second CBversary (Well, okay, fine, the actual date of my CBversary is Saturday, but I couldn’t wait two whole days to post this!) so I decided to make an RP to celebrate!
And yes, I do know that this is December, not October. XD
In this RP, you can either be a Ghost or a Kid. The Kids are the thirteen-year-olds who investigate the town, the Ghosts are haunting the buildings. Each Ghost has something to put right in the world before they can rest in peace, and are enlisting the help of the Kids to make it right. This story is kinda rough so far- I’m leaving it up to you guys to develop it!

Rules:
1: One ghost or kid charrie per person please, unless I say that you can make others.
2: There are 6 kids and 5 ghosts (not including mine) available. You can make secondary charries if you wish, but once I say spots are closed, SPOTS ARE CLOSED.
3: No mean or rude comments to others! (Not that I expect that any of you would do this)
4: You can reserve a spot, but if you haven’t posted your charrie within 3 days, I will give your spot to someone else.
5: Please try to post. Don’t join if you won’t post.
6: Ghost people: Try not to make your character's appearance and/or cause of death too descriptive/gruesome.
7: Most importantly, HAVE FUN!!!!

My Carrie will be a kid.
Name: Caleb Parker
Gender/Pronouns: he/him
Appearance: dark skin and chocolate eyes. Has curly black hair and a mischievous smile.
Personality: around other people he is wild, daring and friendly, but tells no-one of his terrible anxiety when night falls. He keeps his condition a secret, as he is desperate to live up to the expectations of being just like his 5 older brothers, afraid that anxiety would be a sign of "weakness" in his family's eyes.
What ghost are they connected (in some way) connected with?: I don't know yet, as no ghost charries have joined.
How? (are they connected with that ghost) (ex: ancestor, shared interests, etc.): ancestor I guess.

Gender/Pronouns: She/her/her's
Appearance: Long caramel hair tied into a loose ponytail, it only holds up two inches of her hair. Black cat eye glasses, blue eyes. Wears a green tunic and jeans, usually barefoot.
Personality: Annmarie dosen't think gender matters, except when defining yourself. She is stubborn at times, and sticks to what she believes in no matter what. She is right-brained, and dosen't rely on fact than what could happen. She has two sisters, Margaret and Flavia, who are constantly harrasing her.
What ghost are they connected with?: I'm intersted in Rouge's charrie, so maybe her?
How?: Ancestor, such as great-great aunt or something.

Name: Cara-Lee Jones
Age they were when they died: 15
# of years dead: Unknown, she can't remember the year.
Appearance (features, hair and clothing- they all appear a shimmering bluish-white in color): Hair seems like it used to be brown and straight, but now floats etherially. Skin used to be fair, with a scar above her right eye. It's very shallow, and is a straight line downwards. She wears a regular button-down shirt and casual pants, along with a white scarf tied around her neck. Underneath her scarf is a slash wound, just deep enough to be fatal, but not deep enough to loosen her head from her shoulders even a little bit.
Personality: Kind, loyal, introverted, strong, confident, firm, a fighter and an overthinker. Doesn't really enjoy talking about her cause of death, it's kind of awkward to her. Analytical.
Cause of Death: She was murdered in her bed in the Ashmire Mansion. She was taking a nap after a really long day and was killed. She fell asleep in the evening, so it was probably night when she was killed.
Connection to Ashmire: She lived in a mansion there.
What building/object do they haunt? (one of the houses, a certain store, library, etc.): The Ashimre Mansion and the sidewalks on an overcast night.
What do they need to find to rest in peace? (a treasured posession, their family, lost love, etc.): The specifics of her death. Who killed her, what year it was (all she knows is that it was Friday the 13th of June), what did the killer use, why she was killed, and what the killer's motives were.
Other: She;s a Christian, and doesn't think any revengeful course of action should be taken. If asked why, she says "Because revenge is only the Lord's."

Your charrie died in 1856. That's WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY after the Black Plague. Ummmm history history history ummmmm well back then they were struggling with lung diseases from sulphurous fogs known as 'pea-soupers', but that was mainly in London... I don't know. Hope this helps just a bit... Maybe your charrie had just been to London when there was a pea-souper? Urg.

The black plague still does exist, even in modern times, out in western America. (It's known as the bubonic plague nowadays, though.)
