Sometimes, in the darkest days of war, a quick minute of peace comes, and two sides of battle realize that really, they're not so different. But then that moment of still is gone, and their commanders order them to charge again. But if peace comes, when peace comes, eventually the same will happen, and the whole world will realize that all everyone really wants is a hug. -from the as-yet unwritten book inspiring quotes by Simon Hurst, Simon Hurst being a pen-name of mine.
In the cliff-tops, lake-sides, forest glades and caves of the cat-Tribes of Stormstar's rest, the land of the Four Rock Tribes, lies an insurmountable evil, unknown to the cats who live there,but guarded by them. It was defeated in the dawning days of the Tribes, and still it slumbers, though its heartbeat causes earthquakes, and its snores storms. The Tribes must always stay by the shore, or no life on earth will be able to stop it. Though the Tribes war amongst themselves, one must never obliterate another, for they are vital in their defense of their own territories.
The Tribe of the High Clifftops oversees the guard. If any of the others were to falter, the Cliff Tribe could go to their defense. The Cliff Tribe are the most welcoming of those from other clans, especially the Cave Tribe.
The Tribe of Icy Lakes watches over the springs, streams and Lake. They are the most territorial of Tribes, for their Tribe's Leader and Healer are the only ones who know of the Enemy, and they guard the Keystone.
The Tribe of Green-leafed Forest guards the deep forests of this land. They are the most agile of all the cats, and can climb a hundred-foot tree in an instant.
The Tribe of Darkened Caves guards the deep cave-paths beneath the other tribes. Grim and unaccepting of cats from other clans, the Cave Tribe has only one small piece of land below the cliffs.
The Tribe of Those Long Past guards the spiritual gateways of Goodstar's Rest. When a cat from any other clan dies, their spirits join these ghostly ranks, unless they were perticularly evil.
So! Basically, the Four Tribes of Goodstar's Rest (and the Past Tribe), are guarding the land from a mysterious evil that has been sealed away for thousands of seasons! Have fun, and here's the charrie sheet!
NAME:
AGE: must be over six moons for Apprentice, over twelve for Warriors/Healers, and probably over twenty-five for leaders/deputys.
RANK: Kit, Apprentice, Warrior, Healer, Deputy, and Leader.

SPECIAL POWERS: Every once in a while, the Past Tribe grants a kit a special, minor, power to help their tribes in the future. Many leaders have these, but not always. The Forest Tribe are the least likely to have these. Quite a few more kits with powerful powers have been born in the past few moons, corresponding to the bad omens the Healers have been recieving. Stormstar was the first and most powerful of these Gifted, having control over storms.

APPEARANCE: Black tabby with green eyes and bright orange markings that flare in the sunlight, resembling lightning.

POWERS: He has a guiding voice in his head, and he has minor control over electricity.
CLAN: the Tribe of High Clifftops.

I forgot to mention the Healer meeting place and the meeting place. The Healer meeting place is the Pool of Starry Sky, and the meeting place is the Great Stone Spire, a spire of rock jutting out of the ground in between all four territories. (Even the Cave Tribe, who can climb on it all the way to the top from beneath it. The StarPool is in the very top of the spire.

*Facepalm* I forgot to put a name in... that's so sad. Well, I always leave it for last, as I need a good while to figure out names. I usually hope that once I've figured out his personality, the name will come more easily. Whatever, his name is THORNPAW because I can't let that name go. I'm a fan of thorns.

Gender: Tom-cat
Age: 8 moons

Appearance: His fur is short and mostly light grey with three kaki paws (front left, and back two), with mocha colored spots along his back, curling around his eyes. Speaking of his eyes, they’re just green. Nothing special, just green.
Personality: He is a talkative type cat, and constantly gets into trouble. He often enjoys gossiping with the elders, when changing their beds, or after training. He is the most likely to talk to other tribes at gatherings, though has a sense that they are not one of his tribe.
Special Power: Super-strength, he is stronger than normal cats, not incredibly so, but like- miracle ish...

NAME: Aspenstar
AGE: 28 Moons
Gender: She-Cat
RANK: Leader
APPEARANCE: She has long, very light chestnut-brown fur with very light ebony thick stripes and markings around her nose and mouth. Her eyes are golden, with flecks of lime green.
PERSONALITY: Brash and Clever, at gatherings, if someone pulls fun at her clan, she will verbally tear them apart. She is less harsh on her own clan but can be very rude when someone questions her leadership. Her former mate died, so she gets very jealous when she sees other cats and their mates, but is more controlled with her jealousy then.
SPECIAL POWERS: She can make parts of her invisible, like a limb or her eyes, but it doesn't last long, and cannot do her entire body.
CLAN: Tribe of Darkened Caves
OTHER: Open for ships, Lynxpaw's mom and mentor (The poor child gets yelled at a lot for slacking off with the elders)

Name: Moonpaw (I'll give whoever guesses her warrior name five dollars!)
Age: 15 moons--this makes her the oldest apprentice in the tribe!
Rank: Apprentice (Warrior)
Appearance: Black she-cat with frosty blue eyes. White paws, belly, muzzle, and tail tip
Personality: Quiet and shy, she has a great responsibility and is working hard to become a warrior like her sister. She holds no grudges for having a longer apprenticeship than usual and has a quiet strenght about her.
Special Powers: She can control cold weather slighty, so she's like Elsa really. ;) However, she doesn't often do it because she gets cold and she hates getting cold. And to do it, she needs to be touching the thing to freeze it. (Sadly, she can't make it snow)
Clan: Green-leafed Forest
Other: When she was a kit, she was often ill with colds and chills. So, by the time her 6th moon rolled around she was too sickly to become an apprentice, so she watched as her sister (Sunspot) became a warrior without her. She finally got better and was able to be apprenticed in her 10th moon. (So, she's got about 5 years of traininng so far). She's really good at taking care of small kits and knows a little bit about herbs that will help the common cold.

Appearance: Extremely pretty white she-cat with a large orange spot over her left eye. She has two large orange sploches on her right side and a striped tabby tail. Her front right leg is orange and her back legs have orange boots. She has orange freckles over her nose and bright green eyes.
Personality: She's a happy fun-loving cat. She's a little prideful and stubborn too, always wanting to be right and when she's wrong she doesn't admit it at all. She's a bit of a flirt and takes advantage of cats who like her, so be careful! She's a tiny bit sneaky and doesn't really care about the code, which annoys her sister greatly. However, she loves her sister and tries to be good for her sake.
Special Power: She can make glowing balls of light. They're completly useless, they just light the room up. However, it makes her dehydrated the longer she uses them.
Clan: Green-leafed Forest
Other: She was heartbroken when she was made an apprentice without her sister, however she worked hard and became a warrior!

I'm re-doing Silentkit.
NAME: Silentpaw
AGE: 9 moons
RANK: Apprentice THAT NEEDS A MENTOR
APPEARANCE: Silvery-grey with black stripes and leopard spots intermittently interrupting the stripes. Eerily light green eyes. Muscular build, but average body shape. Quite beautiful.
PERSONALITY: Quietly judging you since the day she was born *AHEM* Introverted, judgmental, quite intidimating for an apprentice. Obsessed with 'bettering' herself and abhores failure.
SPECIAL POWERS: She can faze in and out of the spirit world and can see the past and future, which she can manipulate to the smallest degree. There are drawbacks to both powers.
CLAN: Tribe of Darkened Caves
OTHER: She was adopted by Moonface, a white longfurred queen with very blue eyes (She's an NPC). Moonface's kits had all died due to a birth complication that Moonface never speaks about. Nobody knows who the father was, but it is suspected that he was a rogue cat. Silentpaw has never felt quite at home with the Tribe of Darkened Caves, but fits perfectly according to her personality and other cat's opinions of her.

Appearance: Dark brown long-furred she-cat with tabby stripes only noticeable in the sunlight and light brown fur striped across her neck, underbelly, and around her face. Has misty green eyes and a white chin.
Personality: Laid back, but enjoys playing and helping out. Unfazed by a lot of things. Is slow, so hunting and fighting is a real struggle for her, but she tries hard anyways and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
Special Powers: doesn't have any

Other: is Winnowpaw and Jaggedpaw's sister. Their parents are Darkaclove, a dark brown tabby she-cat with longer fur and blue eyes and Swallowgale, a grey tom with shorter fur and a white underbelly and green eyes.

AGe: 10 moons
Rank: Apprentice
Appearance: Large grey tom with dark, jagged tabby markings and yellow eyes. Same fur length as Winnowpaw.
Personality: A big softy. He doesn't usually act tough and is very protective. He's good at hunting but doesn't like fighting cause he doesn't want to hurt anyone. He often stalls during battle training because of this and when paired against another apprentice he lets them win quickly.
Special powers: doesn't have any

Other: is Winnowpaw and Sparrowpaw's brother. Parents are Darkaclove and Swallowgale.
