Book Idea

I had an idea for a novel or story about a girl whose friends have grown out of "little kid stuff" and she hasn't, and her friends...kind of assume she doesn't like that stuff anymore? (Stuff like picture books, toys, playing pretend) Does anyone have any advice/ideas? I mostly just want people to know about my idea, you don't have to reply to this.

CHARACTERS:

Annabelle Addams (main character)

Tony and Sky DeBachie (eccentric neighbors)

Answer DeVoister (family friend?)

Annabelle's friends (I don't have names for them yet, if anyone has suggestions please tell me.)

Yes, I know some of those names sound pretty weird. I think they're cool, though.

Whoa, I really like "Answer" for a first name... what kind of role is he going to play in the story? The first thing that came to mind when I saw that was "advisor/confidant", like to Annabelle, but I don't know what you were thinking...

Anyway, for Annabelle's friends' names, maybe look up popular girls' names nowadays, since Annabelle is kind of old fashioned and that would help the story.

I think it's a really good idea for a story, too! If you start to write it, we'd love it if you showed it to us on here!
