So, I wasn’t

So, I wasn’t sure wher to put this post. It’s for people who play D&D. I began last year in the winter. I just didn’t get killed by a giant purple worm of doom, and I am starting a new arc(?) today! Also last time the DM put me on a date with death(awkward). So yeah. Have fun!

Well, I don't play D&D, but I think it looks really fun, so do you have any tips for getting started? I'm kinda interested in playing. Two of my close friends play.

I played D&D for a while, and it was super fun!

I started with an Elven Wizard named Naeris, and I played with my brother, his friend, and our cousin. I think I got to level 5 or so.

I stopped just recently because of drama that we were having within the group, and even though it was super fun, I decided that playing was not worth having to sort out arguments and aggrievences afterwards.

I've beem wanting to start playing D&D but I seriously doubt my friends would play with me and the lore confuses me
