New idea: what

Chatterbox: Inkwell

New idea: what

New idea: what if there was a world where all fictional characters lived? I don't know wht it would be callled, maybe "Fiction" but no. Anyways, different genres are different kingdoms, and genres that fit into other genres or subsections of each kingsom (i.e. in fantasy there are subsections for realistic fantasy and high fantasy). I though it could be very fun if we designed this world and roleplayed our favorite fictional characters meeting (crediting the author, of course).

Oh yeah! I tried doing that a couple of years ago, but everyone ignored it. I'd love to support it again though!

Okay, so, I just realized that in some of the kingdoms there would be multiple worlds.

In sc-fi it would be the mulriverse, which is basicly all of the possible universes there could be, although in that kingdom you would only see the more sci-fi aspects of them.

In (high) fantasy we would have different realms which are accessed in different, magical ways.

In (realistic) fantasy there would ba a version of our worls but with all these different secret things, i.e. both Camp Half-Blood and Hogwarts in existence.

In real-fi it would just be another of our world.

You know how in dystopian worlds its often just a little, closed off section of the world? (The Hunger Games, The Giver, etc.) Well, they would all exist far apart in one world.

In mystery, if mysteries take place in our world,  they would all be in our world at once, but not interfering with real-fi or real-fantasy.

In high-fi there would be repetitions of our world at different time periods. If a world reaches our time it goes into the scifi m ultiverse. This happens about once a year. That same time of year, a new hi-fi world, starting at the beginning, appears. Several characters go in different worlds if the story takes place over multiple years, and all characters have to switch back worlds sometimes.

Okay, I know that there are many more genres than this but that's all I can currently think of.  And I know, there are plenty of books, movies, tv shows, that wouldn't fit in thois setup even if they are these genres, they would probably have their own worlds scattered about. If you have more ideas for how genres would work, comment them! and lets try to come up with fictional books, movies, etc. and genres.

High fantasy:

Realistic fantasy:

Science fiction:

Mystery:

Realistic fiction:

Dystopia:

Historical fiction:

I want to eventually make a map and you can start roleplaying whenever you want!

Realistic fiction would probably be our normal everyday world cause its realistic.

Also what about conbined worlds?

For example, some Historical Fiction books also fit in the Fantisy section, because off stuff like magic or time-traveling. How would we do that?

Are we doing any storys that were first movies too?

Then worlds like Xadia(The Dragon Prince), which first came out through film then through books can be added.

Some books also have multiple dimentions (Like the Land of Stories). What would we do then?

How are all the worlds going to be conected?

Lastly, are we going to be a charecter from the actual book, or are we going to make up our own charecters?

Sorry if I am asking too many questions.

Heh, it's fine, I ask a lot of questions too.

I already said that about realistic fiction.

I'm not sure thats historical fiction, and I said before that worlds that don't fit into how I organized them would be scattered about. A historical world might have another, flipped side to it that is magical.

They don't need to be books, any forms of fiction. I don't whatch a lot of movies or TV shows so my examples were books but they can be either as long as it's fiction.

We would have all those worlds. It doesn't need to be one world each book, series, mivie, tv show . . . . For example, The Land of Stories is fantasy and it would have multiple realms. It would be kind of like a group of worlds.

Let's figure that out together.

You use preexisting fictional characters from published books, movies (is that the term for movies? Published?) etc. Give credit to the author/producer. I hate it when things aren't like characters would actually act though xD but that's just me. I thought it would be fun to have characters from different books meeting.

Ooh I love Land of Stories!

Not planning to get too involved in this thing... but if there are multiple simensions something is set in, you could put each one in the realm it fits in, and then have some sorta... I dunno... magic connector or something like that.
