This sounds awesome! I don't have any spooky stories, but I have a spooky/creepy poem. Could I post that?

Also, can we avoid anything that would give nightmares? Or is that what you made this thread for?

You can totally post your poem if you'd like! Nightmares was definitely not the intention of this thread, but I can't guarantee how spooky the stories will be, or what would give people nightmares.

I LOVE SCARY STORIES NEAR HALLOWEEN!!! I'm in!

---------------------------------------------------------

It all happened in a small town, where it was divided into two parts.

The Normals lived on the bigger side of the town, where the kids had fun, and everyone was happy with what they had.

The Monsters lived on the small side of town. The Monsters consisted of were-wolves, ghosts, vampires, Frankenstein monster descendants, zombies, you name it!

The Normals, as the Monsters called them, didn't go over to the Monster side of town, which was divided with a throny shurb, that grew all over the Monsters side of the border.

One day, someone named Bradley was just chillin' out with his friends. Now Bradley was a TOTALLY good lookin' guy! All the girls had a crush on him!

Anyway, his friends had a plan.

"Hey, Bradley, you know why we don't go over the border?" Tyler said.

"Yeah. So what? Everyone knows that Monsters attack you at the very sight of you. The last thing I need is being turned into one of them!" Bradley said, sipping his Fanta.

"Well, the real reason we don't go over there is because we're too confident about that place. But you're gonna change all of that. You're goin' over the border." Tyler said, pushing Bradley over to the hedge.

He gulped. "No way! I'm not goin' over there!" Bradley said, trying to get out of his friend's grasps.

He went anyway, because they called him a coward.

As soon as he crossed the thorny hedge, he gasped. Surrounding him were buildings that looked like regular old buildings. Everything looked like the Normal's side of town.

Then, a were-wolf looked over at him. The were-wolf came closer to Bradley.

"You crossed the border, didn't you?" He growled.

Bradley nodded, too scared to speak.

The were-wolf grabbed his arm and lifted Bradley up in the air. Bradley got out of the were-wolf's grasp and ran for his life! He ran into an open door and tripped over a carpet.

He looked up and saw a ghost, a were-wolf, a vampire, and a Frankenstein lookin' monster, all gathered together and they all looked at him.

"DON'T TURN ME INTO ONE OF YOU, PLEASE!!!!!" Bradley screamed.

Instead of answering, the vampire, known as Vissa, picked him up.

"Collins, take this Normal into the room." Vissa said.

Collins, the ghost, tried to take Bradley's hand, but it slipped from his grasp.

"Can't, Vissa. Remember, I'm a ghost. I can't hold Normals." He said, shrugging his shoulders.

She lead Bradley into a room. A dark room, with a platform holding a test tube of something green in it.

I'm gonna have to finish it later, my timers going off.

Ooh..... scary! When I first started reading this, it reminded me of the 2004 movie 'The Village!' *shudders* Can't wait to see where else you go with this!

Ok, I'm continuing this! (I tried doing it a couple days ago, but my Internet went down and was down for a couple days, so sorry if I didn't post!)

As soon as Bradley saw that test tube with that green stuff, he panicked. And when he panics, he REALLY panics.

"I didn't mean to do it! My friends made me do it! I KNEW this was gonna happen!" He shouted. He lunged at Vissa, hoping to knock her out of his way, but she just stood there like he never tried.

"Wow, you ever thought of playing for the Dallas Cowboys?" He asked her.

She didn't reply, just shoved him near the test tube. Bradley looked closer at the test tube. It didn't just have green goop in it, as he realized, but some... SPIDER EYES AND SNAKE SCALES IN IT?!

"No. No way, no how." He said, as Vissa picked up the test tube.

She put it in a traquilizer dart, and loaded it into a tranqulizer gun.

"Didn't really want to use this. But, you're cute enough. You'll still be. Just... Different." She said, aming at him.

"Real quick question: Is this gonna hurt? 'Cause I am SEVERALY allergic to pain. Especially needles." Bradley said, running from one side of the room to the other, so Vissa would get confused.

"It'll just hurt for a second. Now, HOLD STILL!" She shouted, still aiming at Bradley.

She finally pulled the trigger, and the needle was a bull's-eye!

"OW! I TOLD you not... to do... that... wow the room is... spinning. Hey, why is my body...aching..." He said, falling to the floor.

He woke up two hours later, looking at Collins, Frankie, Wynter, and Vissa looking at him.

"Wha... What happened?" He said, getting up.

"It worked!" Collins said, trying to high five Wynter. Instead, Wynter's hand went right through his hand.

"What worked?" Bradley said, clearly confused.

"You're the only one of your kind!" Wynter said, squealing in excitement.

"Um, ok?" Bradley said.

"Here." Wynter said, handing him a mirror.

He looked in it, and he didn't see his normal face, normal hair, or even normal skin. His hair looked like a tangle of snakes, with scales on his cheeks, and forehead, and his eyes looked like green eyes, with little black slits in the middle!

"I. Look. AWFUL!! WHAT AM I?!" He screamed.

"Easy, easy! You're a Gorgon. Kinda like Medusa. Just don't look anybody in the eye." Vissa said.

"A--A GORGON?!" Bradley shireked.

"You'll get used to it. But since you're one of us, you're stayin' here." Vissa said.

--Two Years Later--

Bradley, who was kinda used to being a half-Gorgon, half-human, was pranking other people's houses, when another female Gorgon, looked at him. He froze.

"Hi." She said.

"Uh... Hi." Bradley said.

"I'm Medina. And you are...?" Medina said.

"I'm Bradley. You look... Stunning." He said.

CLIFFHANGER!!! And I'm running out of ideas for the end. How's it look?
