So, you know how solo writes and RPs were invented and they've been the entirety of the Inkwell ever since?

Well, I've had a new idea! I wanted to ✨invent something new✨, so I had an idea–why don't I combine an RP and solo write?!

Ok ok ok, I'm super excited for this even though I only have a vague outline of how it would work.

So, it's a cross between a solo write and an RP. The host/solo writer introduces the world and the basic plot at the beginning, and people can enter characters and stuff. Once all the characters are in, the host starts it off with the first part, a introduction/exposition of sorts. All the characters are brought together, and they're given an objective that they have to RP their way to. Once they reach that objective, the host continues the story by giving them new objectives, and sometimes even open ended ones, so the host and the RPers have to keep up with each other.

So yea, it's a sort of solo write-RP-tournament mashup!

A quick example outline I've written up:

The host: *writes an introduction: all the characters meet up, and they have to go journey to a tavern*

RPers: *RP their way through a forest and to the tavern, but one RPer includes a spontaeneous plot twist that they are arrested at the tavern*

The host: *writes the next part, having to keep in account that they are arrested and change the plot accordingly*

and it goes on like that, until the host reveals the big objective, the overarching plot at the end, and they have to do that?

That was a total mess, but, hopefully you get the point!

Would anyone be interested in that? If so, I can start one :D :D
