The Schulyer Sisters (For Annabeth_Everdeen)

 

Hi all (finally I didn't start a thread with the word okay), so I'm making some modern-day Schulyer sisters (is that how you spell their name?) as kids for Annabeth and her sister's EPICCC story. She told me to make a thread and put the pictures there (if I understood correctly) so this is the thread. I'll post the pictures when this comes up!

Thanks Periwinkle! I can't wait to see them. I'll definetly mention this in my next one Hamilkids Part Two. Part One is out!

No problem. I finished Peggy but I really want to do "Angelica! Eliza! And Peggy!" So I'll wait till I'm done. Eliza is coming up but she's kind of got ginormous eyes, which I apologize for. Also Eliza's picture includes Alex and Aaron in the background, and Alex is shooting the basketball, because I thought that could be like a little tribute to the story.

Angelica! I googled her birthday and then I made the room number the same date she was born. :)

Eliza! Sorry for her big, big-like eyes, I kept messing up on them and they just got bigger and bigger. The idea of this picture is that it takes place when Alex meets Burr and Laf and everyone, so you can see them in the background.

And Peggy! I'm probably the most proud of this one. I realized while I was making it that a middle school (and really any school, except maybe like some giant college-oooh I should write a story about that) wouldn't have 1800 lockers, but I wanted to make a reference to the timeline the orginal play was based off of. Peggy died in 1801, and Hamilton met his fate in 1804. Well, I meant to do the timing of "My Shot" and "Helpless" and whatnot, but I guess I more did the character's deaths, no? Whoops.

You are such a good artist! I like all the little details and references like Angelica's birthday, the locker numbers, Alex shooting a basketball, the sign for the yearbook. It's all awesome!
