Complications

Welcome to Complications! Complcations is a game of “complicating” book titles. The first person (that’s me!) gives a book title, and the next person has to rewrite it in the most complicated way possible— without using any words in the original title. Small words like I, you, the, and, etc. and names are exceptions of course. That person gives another book title, and repeat.

For example:

Curse of the Night Witch (by Alex Aster) -> A Negatively Aimed Spell, Cast By Someone Who Uses Magic While The Moon Is Up

One Trick Pony (by Nathan Hale) -> A Single Small Horse Capable of Performing Fancy Maneuvers

Enjoy! Your first title is The War That Saved My Life by Kimberly Brubaker Bradley.
